Hi, anisanges:

My initial application arrived CIO on 12 Dec, and i found out that i missed some documents. So, i sent an addendum, which arrived yesterday (12/23/2014), is there any chance that they are able to match my documents to my application?! I am really worrying! :-X :'(
I know some people who was successful but there are some unsuccessful attempts too.

For now, just a send a email to CIC (u can find the id in this thread).

All the best!

Guys,

I have MSc degree from Canada. I also have pharmacy entry to practice certificate from British Columbia, Canada too.
I only submitted copy of my MSc certificate and copy of my Pharmacy entry to practice certificate, and I didn't see that transcripts are required on the checklist. I only applied with my Canadian Credentials, do you think I MUST have submitted my MSc transcript?

Please advise,

Thanks
Transcr are only if applicable cat..so dont worry. in my understanding u r green now.

By the way, Pharmacists are not in NOC lists????

Hi Anisanges, Thank you so much for your response. What is the meaning of (if available, or if applicable?)
yes I know, pharmacist is not an eligible occupation. I am applying under the PhD stream though (completing two years towards my PhD in Canada).
By the way, are we required to send a proof or our education since we finished high school? or we can select what to send based on what kind of points we are looking at?

Thanks a lot.

Hello friends,

My application received by CIO on October 30th and I haven't got any response yet. I have recently noticed that I have forgotten to send the original copy of one of the work experience letters. However, the translation and the certified copy has been sent. I should mention that without that letter I still have the required years of experience. I would like to know if that document is mandatory or not?

Thanks in advance

hello everyone,

I have some worries regarding some missing document i forgot to include in my application, i substituted my passport page as my birth certificate only to discover i would have used an affidavit, also passport photograph for my spouse and son does not meet the specification as both where not available at the time i sent the application so i can meet the deadline . I applied under NOC 3112 (medicine, General practitioner) and my application was received on the 30th of December.

my main concern is with the start of express entry will they accept additional document to match with the original if i send it to them? i really need help please advice

Birth Certificate is an Important document and Passports are NOT accepted as a valid proof. This could easily reject your application, not to mention the fact that sending additional documents may push your application filed date behind, into Jan 2015 which again renders it void. But you have no choice!

The most important thing for you to do right now is to send an affidavit with a copy of your Senior School Certificate if it specifies you DOB and parents name. Include an explanation letter with it.DO THIS NOW.

Cross your fingers!

Hi all!

I just found out that I was not able to submit the original copy of my WES. I just sent the original copy yesterday and hopefully it would reach the CIO by wednesday.

NOC: 1123
Date Applied: December 13, 2014
Date Received: December 19, 2014
Date Sent Original ECA: January 23, 2015
Est. Date of Delivery: January 28, 2015

I know this is a long shot. But Nothing is Impossible with God right? And in the end, I believe that whatever happens, it is for the best of us!

Hi kevwe

I did a mistake of not sending the affidavit from myself or my parents for Birth certificate when sending my CIC FSW application package. I do not have Birth certificate.

However, I have sent my SSC marks card xerox and xerox copy of "Birth certificate not available certificate", and requested them to consider this for DOB in cover letter. will they ask for more documents for DOB or do they will just reject it?

(May SSC Marks card has my name , DOB and my fathers name and does not have my mothers name on it)

What will happen now?

I think you should be fine. Sending an affidavit along-with the cover letter is also highly advised but now that you have sent a Certificate attesting that you were not provided with a BC (assuming its a doc issued by a government body) - you should be fine.

Hello,

Does CIC accept additional IELTS TRF? Is a cover letter required for the same?

Thanks
