FSW - Missing documents after submitting main application

Hi, anisanges:

My initial application arrived CIO on 12 Dec, and i found out that i missed some documents. So, i sent an addendum, which arrived yesterday (12/23/2014), is there any chance that they are able to match my documents to my application?! I am really worrying! :-X :'(

I know some people who was successful but there are some unsuccessful attempts too.

For now, just a send a email to CIC (u can find the id in this thread).

Guys,

I have MSc degree from Canada. I also have pharmacy entry to practice certificate from British Columbia, Canada too.
I only submitted copy of my MSc certificate and copy of my Pharmacy entry to practice certificate, and I didn't see that transcripts are required on the checklist. I only applied with my Canadian Credentials, do you think I MUST have submitted my MSc transcript?

yes I know, pharmacist is not an eligible occupation. I am applying under the PhD stream though (completing two years towards my PhD in Canada).
By the way, are we required to send a proof or our education since we finished high school? or we can select what to send based on what kind of points we are looking at?

Sorry its if available only..Meaning Degree certificate is only the mandatory document

hello please help


today after sending my application i noted few mistakes in my form. i am so disapoointed

schedule A. COLUMN TWO asked to write name in native language. i didnt write that

additinal family inf: same mistake . all names had to be written in native language other than english


now am so tensed, my whole hardwork went waste i feel.

my application has reached cic on 19 th of decmeber


please tell me what should i do now

not an issue.
my friend got per even for not writing anyone's native language names.

so stay relaxed. not a MAJOR MISS.

However, the translation and the certified copy has been sent. I should mention that without that letter I still have the required years of experience. Original experience certificate is not required. Please refer to the checklist it's mentined clearly that copies is required in this stage.

Birth Certificate is an Important document and Passports are NOT accepted as a valid proof. This could easily reject your application, not to mention the fact that sending additional documents may push your application filed date behind, into Jan 2015 which again renders it void. But you have no choice!

The most important thing for you to do right now is to send an affidavit with a copy of your Senior School Certificate if it specifies you DOB and parents name. Include an explanation letter with it.DO THIS NOW.

I think you should be fine. Sending an affidavit along-with the cover letter is also highly advised but now that you have sent a Certificate attesting that you were not provided with a BC (assuming its a doc issued by a government body) - you should be fine.
