FSW - Missing documents after submitting main application

i would like to ask a question :
you know the new system for applying for the PR will end on Dec.31st as the express entry will begin on the beginning of the new year
i am preparing my papers now to apply ( late i know but i am doing my best).
the problem is i got a letter from the WES saying that they will send me their report on Jan 12th 2015 !!!!!!! which will be too late although they received my package on Dec.5th
So can i send the application without the WES report and with a letter saying that will send it back after receiving it and attaching the WES email that proves that? or in that case my application will be incomplete and will be returned?!

I have seen people who got the wes assessment 20 days before the mentioned date in mail.

just call them, mail them and request urs a urgent scenario by mention some special scenarios.

If u do not receive until 26, u can send without that and send the wes assessment later.

Consult with more people what will be best option:

Missing document addendum or mentioning the truth: Both cases, if they do verification check on which date u received the wes, i guess its a problem for u.

before all that, wts ur NOC?

Hi,i am also sending another background declaration because i made a small mistake of ommision in the already sent form.Which information do you suggest i include in the cover letter so it can be matched to my already sent application?

If a small discrepancy, no need at all!!! they will simply get irritated only.

Okay i will PM you.The mistake isnt too small though, in my background declaration form under education.I mistakenly ommited to type in details of my 2 years of post secondary education i had in an art school in the bigger boxes in question 8.Although i am not using the certificate to claim any point,however i indicated the number of years rightly in the smaller boxes on top of the form rightly under 'trade school or other post secondary school' as 2 years and also i included it in the total number of years of education i had in the generic application form i.e my total number of years of education is 20 years but the details i provided is only 18 years.

I have a masters degree which i am using to claim points.Should i send another declaration form with cover letter telling them to switch it with the new one i am sending?

PLease I want to find out if your cc was charged yet?

I just made a similar mistake like yours. I sent copies of ECA instead of original. I sent it by courier today. I am trying to see if I can get DHL to return my documents to me so i can attach the missing document and resend. If not, I will like to send the original asap by courier to CIC. PLease can you tell me the format of the addendum and cover letter you attached to your document?

My NOC is 2172 so its slow but time is running out for me.

Looking forward to your help !

e? Every details including annual salary, job duties and dates of employment, signature from senior and company chops are included. Does CIC accept complete ones issued by companies sent to CIC later??

CAN I courier the complete reference to CIC one day afterwards? Would any chance for them to tie them together?

And if so, what info I should put on the cover letter in the addendum to make sure they can find my application?

Btw, my husband is the owner of a limited while his name card shows his another title. As the owner he signed my working reference. Should I attach his name card too？

It was the date of issue of the work reference that is missing. I will courier the correct ones 24 hrs latr. Does it help？ Thanks!

hello please help


today after sending my application i noted few mistakes in my form. i am so disapoointed

schedule A. COLUMN TWO asked to write name in native language. i didnt write that

additinal family inf: same mistake . all names had to be written in native language other than english


now am so tensed, my whole hardwork went waste i feel.

my application has reached cic on 19 th of decmeber


please tell me what should i do now

it is a certified copy of my PhD certificate in original language. I only sent them the certified translation and a copy in the initial package. Also, for some other documents, I only had statutory declaration of true copy, instead of notarized copy in original language. hope that they accept.

It is not in my hand anymore, and i guess i can just pray and wait.....

Guys,

I have MSc degree from Canada. I also have pharmacy entry to practice certificate from British Columbia, Canada too.
I only submitted copy of my MSc certificate and copy of my Pharmacy entry to practice certificate, and I didn't see that transcripts are required on the checklist. I only applied with my Canadian Credentials, do you think I MUST have submitted my MSc transcript?
