FSW - Met on Express Entry profile without foreign experience

Hi guys, I have 2 years of canadian experience and no foreign experience.

I have checked my profile several times - there are no mistakes.

Why does my profile say FSW - Met without foreign experience. Is this normal?

And yes, it is CEC - met as well.
