Got PR portal email yesterday
And waiting for COPR today or tomorrow
Nothing is done on my application since dec 2020 and now within its final..

No chance on mandamus for 1-2 years processing time. 3-4 years seems to be where it can start to be used. Hopefully it does not come to that for us.

I feel like even 1 year is enough if nobody touched the application without any reason.

No. Lol. Basically every FSW app submitted since December 2019 is stuck in processing. You have no chance at mandamus whatsoever after 1 year. Literally zero.

Thanks. I would even add that there is no minimum or maximum delay as per I understood, only delays that we judge "not normal". With COVID19 they will say that 24 months is perfectly fine regarding of the pandemic.

I wonder why they don't distribute the backlog to Montreal when Ottawa is such a bottleneck.

hey guys. I'm an originally an outland applicant but have moved to Canada on a work permit. Now, I'm trying to request for GCMS notes and I'm just wondering, am I allowed to do that? Since I'm not even sure if IRCC knows that Im now in Canada. I've sent 3 webforms telling them that I'm here but have not received any replies from that about that.
