OOPNP is open even for those people who have never been to Canada let alone having proof of physical residence in Ontario.

thanks for all your information
my lawyer told me that I can be selected for ontario with scire 424 but I have no ties in ontario. as I understood you musy definitely have a tie in ontario. Is that true? may I be selected without any ties?

yes you may be but we dont know of anyone who has been so its a guessing game but they havent mentioned it anywhere in the eligibility criteria therefore, technically you can get selected but OOPNP will be the judge of that, i dont have any ties to ontario and i have submitted my application to OO last month, but i may not be a model to follow as i havent received any communication from them yet.
