Got the refusal letter today. They mentioned that my JD doesn't cover significant duties of the mentioned NOC. this is bullshit. i got those essential things covered in my JD.
anyways, good bye guys.

GUYS, sorry to heard the DM, Visa denied cases here.

Just wanted to highlight that folks can still contact an legal attorney and apply for a Judicial Review with the Federal court of Canada.
There are cases where the could finds the decision incorrect and over turns it.

Told you that SGVO is working in supersonic speed now! By the grace of Almighty ALLAH (SWT) I got the PPR today afternoon i.e. on 3rd May, Alhumdulillah.
I've got DM on 1st of May.

It is a very sad state of affairs lately. There has been no MR or any positive news from SGVO in the last week or so. There is constant stream of DM without any verification almost everyday now. This should not be happening. So many dreams being shattered and tears being shed.

Finally I received the email for MR, PCC & RPRF this morning. The latest appointment i got for MR in Fullerton - Ngee Ann City is on 11th May. My both Indian & Singapore PCC are more than 1 year old, so I need to apply for the new PCC.

Others please don't loose your hope. Best things are on its way to reach you.

Brother what sort of information they asked you in their email quarry. Please advice.

They wanted to validate my duties and responsibities in the company and if they are the same with the NOC mentioned in my application. I also gave some documents regarding this.

There has not been any news from them yet.

I also received an email on request for additional documents related to my NOC, but I have yet to submit it Monday next week. Wondering how long is the process upon receipt of the additonal docs to MR.

Praying for positive response from SGVO after seeing the negative DMs the past weeks.

they received my application 28th november 2014 ..started processing my docs 30 jan 2015..NOC CODE 3112 ( general physician) last letter from singapore visa office from 23rd march 2015.. is there any hope? are they going to reject me?pls let me know if you have any update Shocked

I received it on 18 April. No replies from them yet aside from the auto-response.
