Hello everyone!!! I've just received my MR today. Quite surprised since i didn't expect it so soon since i heard SGVO to be quite slow in processing. So I was expecting MR around mid March.
Now the thing is, I just recently given birth. And was just about to inform VO about it today, since I've just literally got my baby's passport today. But because of the MR, not sure how to proceed. Do i send out my baby's details to VO and wait for baby's MR and do MR all together? Or do I just do my MR first and submit baby's detail together with MR? Would appreciate your help and advise. THanks!!!

BTW, here's my timeline:
application received - Aug 13, 2014
PER : Dec 2014
AOR ; Jan 2015
MR: Feb 26, 2015
VO: SGVO

Observing the slow progress, I think SGVO just stopped processing of Bangladeshi Applicants. Does anyone have any idea what could be the reason behind this? Already 8 months have passed since I applied, only got AOR so far, no MR no 2nd line update.

Can't even switching over my job waiting for this, no job verification yet. Getting tensed day by day, can't even think of my career planning here. Don't know how much time we have to wait. So sluggish attitude.

Bro, most probably they are checking in details for BD applicant. There are several reasons we can see in the current time.

1. False representation(Docs)
2. Attack in different countries (France, Canada)

All things have the impact on the process. Allah(SWT) knows better.

Patience is the key for getting the good things.

May Allah(SWT) give us the power of patience and make us successful.

I think blockade & strike are the reasons for delaying BD applicants. Visa Office may be not getting the background checks or other reports regarding applicants on time. Besides BD applicants do not update their information regularly. That's why we are not getting update information. I think SGVO is working on 1st week of July applicants.

It is likely that countrywide Blockades and Strikes are definitely hindering the security and Background checking activities by the security agencies. But on the other hand couple of office visits took places even in those days. So lets enjoy waiting..........

GCMS stands for "Global Case Management System". You can find a sample GCMS file here. And it is Citizenship and Immigration Canada's ( CIC's ) single, integrated and worldwide system used internally to process applications for citizenship and immigration services. If you searched in google you will also find a sample file.
