Hello everyone!!! I've just received my MR today. Quite surprised since i didn't expect it so soon since i heard SGVO to be quite slow in processing. So I was expecting MR around mid March.
Now the thing is, I just recently given birth. And was just about to inform VO about it today, since I've just literally got my baby's passport today. But because of the MR, not sure how to proceed. Do i send out my baby's details to VO and wait for baby's MR and do MR all together? Or do I just do my MR first and submit baby's detail together with MR? Would appreciate your help and advise. THanks!!!

BTW, here's my timeline:
application received - Aug 13, 2014
PER : Dec 2014
AOR ; Jan 2015
MR: Feb 26, 2015
VO: SGVO

Definitely early. So imagine how surprise I was to receive an email with request for MR, PCC and RPRF! I'm currently on panic mode since I'm not sure how to proceed from here with regarding adding my new born to the application.

Rise a CSE immediately and mention that you got MR.This should not be a problem.

+1 for the baby and MR.

Congratulation do ur and ur spouse MR first within specified time. u dont need to submit MR. It will submit the medical center. U just need to raise CSE or inform SGVO through e-mail about ur new born baby. then VO will send u further instruction to process.

Do you have any idea how to renew the Machine Readable Passport from Dhaka & how long does it take to renew the passport? My wife passport is going to be expired this may. Should I renew the passport now or after hearing any news from Visa Office?

First of all you need to know your passport office to renew it and then you should decide whether to do it in normal basis or urgent basis. FEE is 3000 for normal and 6000 for urgent (+ Vat) and time required is 30 days and 15 days respectively. Pls note that if she has already MRP passport then no need for police verification and you need to submit 1 copy of the form ( available in the website: http://www.passport.gov.bd/Reports/MRP_Application_Form[Hard%20Copy].pdf ) along with copy of NID and passport. Pls make sure to bring the original (Existing) passport and NID with you for the processing.

Since now there is rush for MRP deadline and Hajj actual time required may be extended.

Any update on 2nd lines, MR, DM, PPR for June 2014 onwards applications?

Looks to me updates specially from Bangladeshi candidates are stalled, correct me if I am wrong

I have uploaded the copy of the new one in the CSE site as mentioned in the AOR for notification of any material change. But I am not sure whether its a requirement or not.

Yes bro, I think you are correct, Bangldeshi candidates' files are not moving at all, least priority is being given...........

This is a waiting game. No one can tell how long to wait. When did you receive AOR?

I received PER on 4 Nov and AOR on 18 Dec 2014.

if u want to re-new ur MRP u need to fill up the forms associated with this link.

another thing for MRP its not re-new its re-issue. normal re-issue fee BDT 3450 including VAT and urgent re-issue fee BDT 6900 including VAT. u just need to do a CSE to SGVO with scan copy of ur new passport.
