I did CSE on 27th dec regarding my application update and asking about to add my new baby
And today I got reply below mail from SGVO. As my observation some of already got AOR who got per on 15th and 16th nov. So why my file still not transferred?

CSE on 27th dec and reply in only 2 days??

I have raised a CSE on 25th Dec but still no reply.. Is it because I didn't mention UCI??

You must include UCI number in CSE, otherwise they will not respond.

But I don't have one. The reason of raising CSE was to know about my UCI number.

I am a 2nd July applicant. Didn't receive any PER. I have emailed CIC on 2nd November to inquire about my application. They replied to me on 24th December that my file is no longer with them, they have transferred it to SGVO. But they didn't provide me any UCI number. So I raised CSE to SGVO to know my UCI & File number.

Is there any other options?

Ummm..... That's really interesting. i have an analysis. As i was always analyzing the Global SS i saw that applicants under SGVO are actually less than other VOs & was wondering why it takes so much time for SGVO to process. After analyzing the AOR msgs i understood that CIC sends ummm who knows may be 50/70/90/100 applications together to SGVO. Now these applications may not be in serial wise. Cozz there are so many applicants received PER long time after other applicants who's file was received after them. So i was also worried that if my file misses a transferable applications batch then it'll take a long time for my file to be processed.

So may be in your case it happened. So i hope when the next batch of files come to SGVO your file will be in it. So brother till that time you have to wait patiently i guess.

Brother, have you put the CIC mail as a reference in the CSE? If you haven't done it then you should do it. And also include your name, dob as per passport, application send & received date & time and receiver name, courier name all. So it'll be easier for them to search your application.

Absolutely unbelievable . Applicant "autumnfall07" has got second line added on 23/12/2014 & he/she updated the global SS. Applicant is Singaporean. But the main thing is he/she is a 25th August applicant.

For you there is no need as you have UCI & File number. That applicant don't have either of those. But now i become to know that his email id was wrong. That's why he missed everything.

Delays in the processing of visa applications are always disappointing to all concerned, but rest assured that all efforts are being made to ensure efficient and expeditious processing of all visa applications.

That's a good information. In their mail they informed you about the coordination with the third parties. As far as i know when they conduct background check they do it with the help of third party/external authorities. If these sources don't submit the report within the stipulated time then the VO doesn't have anything to do but to wait. In their reply they mentioned that. But i hope you'll receive good news soon. Hope for that.
