Thank you Guys, Just another question please

I have my all career in HR is it necessary to get experience letters from all of my employers ?

I am not mentioning my detailed job responsibilities in the reference letters however I have my contracts and JD's attached along with it

Please advise

Well, for all the experience that You claim, you need an experience letter too...

and Detailed Job Description / Responsibilities, it would be better if you attach one, if not then your JD (if they fall in the right place, and matches 70 - 80% of what the HR profile from CIC demands) should be fine.

Thank you , though my title is not HRM but I am doing the same things and have ensured that it matched with the requirement

Great that would be.

No trouble hence... and HRM may or may not be the title... HR Executive, HR Officer, all mean the same. The responsibilities should match, So... You're Safe by all means.

Thanks to all for your super fast responses.. :)This forum is great

I have one more doubt.
I am thinking of skipping PGDHRM evaluation which I did from Symbiosis Distance learning (One of the immigration consultant suggested me)and would like to go for evaluation of my graduation ONLY which I did from Pondicherry University (Distance learning).

Is this a safe choice to make or shall I reach out to both the universities for docs attestation.

Please note- I am currently in HYD and travelling to Pondicherry early next week for this work and as I know Symbiosis does attestation work based on online requests only and their turn around time is also some 20 days. I am targeting Dec for file submission to CIC.

As per the initial evaluation done by one of the consultants, I get 69 points to apply considering my graduation gets a positive evaluation by WES.
please suggest, thank you

Hello Neha,

69 point is good enough to get you to Canada, as the requirement is 67.

Regarding the evaluation of your PGDHRM, it would be better if some senior member can suggest you whether or not (or your consultant) it will get you those two extra points for Masters.

Even If it doesn't get you those two extra points, I would still suggest you to get the evaluation done for the PGDHRM too.
Extra points, though do not play any extra role as far as eligibility is concerned... but it sure gets a wee bit more emotional strength to your case. And there is no extra cost to the procedure, and as you intend to send your file in December, You also have enough time for the formalities that Symbiosis requires, online or offline.

Rest is your choice... Graduation - 69 - Qualifies.

Post Graduate - 71 - Qualifies.

The equation is simple enough :)

One good thing I noticed in the past couple of days is that the CIC functioning has become faster...

They have moved from 3rd July to 8th July(DD), and from 9th July to 14th July (CC) in a single day.

I believe the time being taken so far, may reduce...

and the process may actually move faster for us all :)

Best Wishes.

That would be good for those of us in the other months.

Just wondering if where can i see the spreadsheet, please?

Hello,

You can click on the link below:
FSWP 2014 Spreadsheet: http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Spreadsheet

I was looking at the spreadsheet and noticed that there are total 60 applications for NOC 0112 (both CC-28 and DD-32 put together)...which means we have more applicants here than the CIC website shows ;) .... which they haven't updated for last 20 days or so....

so atleast for our NOC, this is a more reliable source of information... LOL ... gives us real time information....

PS: actually one of the table shows more than 100 applications for NOC 0112.... looking forward to an update from CIC...i am sure if they report all the nos., total app no. will go up really high... isnt it??

By the Grace of God and with the help of the forum members I have received my Per Yesterday. Thank you everyone for your invaluable support and best wishes.

Noc: 0112 (Human Resources Manager)
App Filed: 3rd July
DD Charged: 21st Oct
Per: 30th Oct

Few things about my App:
1. Had sent affidavit as BC, with 10th Certificate as supporting doc. 10th certificate didn't have parents name
2. My duties were matching only 4 points instead of 9 points as specified in NOC list. But Noc 0112, has a broad list of duties mentioned on the hrsdc website, and a person in HR doing 80% of those is very difficult. I was worried about this, but God was kind to us and we got through.
3. POF included FD's which were 1 month old, Mutual fund statements and Employee PF.

Hope above info is helpful...and thank you once again for all the support
