What is your total experience? I don't think designation matters...its the no of years you have worked in that particular category which counts...go to HRSDC website and check

I can only humour a gguess that it would suffice. However if you don't want to go through the stress of having it sent by your institution of study, ensure the controller stamped it (transcript) and enclose the WES transcript application form duly signed by the school. Mind you, copy of degree certificate has to be sent differently and not by the school.

i am not sure as HR executive is covered under a different NOC category and HR manager is under a different NOC category... tis HR manager category in open under FSW 2014... i am not sure... yet you can consult some of the consultant

This is a skill type 0 occupation whwrein only managers / sr managers are accepted. So, no of years of experience and designation would matter for sure.
 
Hi friends please I have previous experience as HR advisor 1 year but now have 3 years experience as health and safety officer. I want to apply under 2263 appropriate for health and safety as my primary occupation to claim points. However I am unsure about NOC code for HR advisor role( I have to also include reference letter for it being part of my work experience within the last 10 years as required by CIC- which is ok by me), however my question is whether I can attribute NOC code 0112 to my HR advisor role on my application form or leave it blank since NOC 0112 is for managers in HR? Please respond thanks.
 
i will suggest leave it blank...mention / highlight ur current NOC
 
seems like 0112 is not a hot NOC?
 
Canada people always ask/confirm from company about validity of experience letter. One of my friend application reject only due to fake experience letter . I noticed many are struggling to get fake experience letter . I advised you always be genuine and apply in that occupation in which u have education and exp. If you will use any fake letter , you can be banned to enter in Canada for life.

Nice Ranjit. I had a query in terms of proof of funds. We are 3 members so POF of 18097 dollars. What was the dollar rate you calculated proof of funds on? Was it 55 / 56 or 60? My consultant was telling me to calculate funds with Rs 60 inr = 1 can dollar

I am applying for WES in last week of June month just collecting all transcripts.

Guys please let me know somewhere i read that CIC requires Birth certificate for spouse and self but in India before 25 years there was no trend to provide Birth certificate. is there and other alternate to substitute the BC.

for POF can we show Gold and property as proof.
 
If your DOB is before 1980 then there is no need to submit Birth Certificate, your 10th certificate will do. Otherwise it is a mandatory document.

Also, POF should be bank statements, FDs etc. You can not show property valuation or gold as POF.
