welcome aanchal to the forum and congratulations on your first post !!

Today seems to be strange that none of the December applicant reported about charging of their CC.
Hope that most of 4,5 december got charged, but they did not report it to forum for some reasons.

Hope that CIO will continue to increase their speed to get rid of all december applicants.

Anyone who got his CC charged today please report for the benefit of each of forum member.

You are right,
That is strange, only one applicant of 4 Dec was charged according to another thread on this forum.

Wow, that's are gud news

App received date: 3rd Dec
NOC: 2172
CC charged date: 26th Jan

How long till PER? If I receive NER, will my money be refunded?
Any idea till how long will it take for Visa stamping if everything goes smoothly?

Hi congrats on the CC charge. Your PER should come to you in your mailbox by the end of Februarry (IDEALLY), make sure you check your inbox and spam too.
Incase of NER the money generally is refunded. (Mixed feelings on the forum about this though!)
Visa stamping is a long way to go and depending on the VO would take generally 5-6 months from CC charge dates. (Anyone's guess is as good as yours).

Further analysis can be done on the Global SpreadSheet for FSW applicants made by seniors on this forum:

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Hiyall

Just thought I'll thought I'll share this with you

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=873&t=6

If I applied under the previous Canadian Experience Class caps (before January 1, 2015), will you still process my application, or should I re-apply under the new Express Entry system?

It depends on when we got your application:

If it was before January 1, 2015, we will assess it against the eligibility requirements and caps in effect at that time.
Once we assess your application, we will process it if:

it is complete,
you meet the eligibility requirements, and
there is still room in the cap.
If we got your application before January 1, 2015 and sent it back to you because it was incomplete, overcap, or refused it because you were not found eligible, you may wish to assess your qualifications to see if you are eligible to be entered into the Express Entry pool.

NOTE: Completing an Express Entry profile is the first step to immigrate to Canada permanently as a skilled worker. Completing an Express Entry profile does not guarantee that you will receive an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence. An Invitation to Apply for permanent residence will be based on your score and rank in the Express Entry pool using the Comprehensive Ranking System.

First of all congratulations. But if you get NER your money will not be refunded. It is for sure. Because the money they charge for the time CIO staff spent on your application's points calculation. Therefore this time is already spent therefore the neither money nor your documents will be returned to you.

Rest assured that there are very little chances that someone who has calculated his points correctly to be 67 or above and also matched the job descriptions as per NOC then there are very rare chances of getting NER.

That raises an interesting question - candidates need to write the letters in their own words, but not too far off the NOC words.
So how do you know not to stray too far off the NOC words, and yet to write it in your own words?
My counselor helped me phrase my letter, but I still dont feel 100% certain about it due to the above reason.

Hm...

Maybe this is the reason why there is no any CC charging today and yesterday...

Surprisingly there are no news of charging being shared by the December 5th and 8th applicants which were supposed to get their CCs charged yesterday or today.

Strange!

Hope that it is a matter of only not sharing the news and CIO have in fact moved ahead of 8th December.

The reason I which i think is that on this forum only there are 27-applicants and I have checked most of their profiles online status and most of them were inactive for a longer period of time.

Therefore my educated guess would be that none of the applicants of 5th and 8th December who would have already gotton their CC charged are no longer participant on this canadavisa.com forum. Let's hope that CIO have already moved their charging pointer to 9th December. Let us be optimistic.
