As I said earlier, send them an email (if you haven't already) that you haven't received the email so that you can show it to them of they ever ask why didn't you send your passport within 30 days (if they have sent it and are assuming that you have received it). I am waiting too, so I understand how it feels.

PS: When CPCO send emails, they schedule it to be delivered on certain date. When they say the email was sent on 27th May (which they tell everyone) we don't know if it was supposed to be delivered on 27th or on a later date.

Vinaj, thanks for the briefing. So if I get it right, telling us that they sent an email on the 27th of May, could mean that they scheduled the email that day. As a follow-up, I believe sending an email to the CPC-Ottawa will be more effective than calling the call center. The last time I called, they sent me an acknowledgement email expressing their willingness to follow through, and even advise on how I can contact the CPC-ottawa directly on the email. I hope this help all those with pending PPR.

Wanted to check with the forum members if anybody used VAC (USA) for visa stamping. I reside in Bermuda and am anticipating a passport request for PR Stamping from Canadian consulate in New York. I intend to use VAC since they provide courier service for return of passport after stamping.

Please let me know....

I used VAC_NY for visa stamp before, only that is for my work permit. Do not know whether they are similar?
BTW, I note that we share very close time line, but I have nothing yet.
Can I ask who is your visa officer from your MR email?

My visa officer is DA20220. Hope yours come soon....

VAC_NYC is fine, basically you can get your passport back within two weeks after you ship it to them
