The endless waiting drives me crazy So many plans are delayed.
The last thing want to confirm. From my last notes, everything shows passed (Except security is blank), and the file location is APPEARS RFV. Date is March,31, 2016.
Does this mean security process is passed as well? If not, it should not be APPEARS RFV, correct?
Because it is blank, it is hard to tell what is the result.

RFV means that all assessments are completed.

a friends whose file was sent for officer review on September 10th had a DM yesterday and nothing for me till moment

From my GCMS notes, my application was sent to officer for review on September 1st, 2015.
a friends whose file was sent for officer review on September 10th had a DM yesterday and nothing for me till moment

According to my recent notes generated on Dec. 4th of 2015, my wife's security check hadn't been started at that time. But I got the PPR yesterday. Have no idea how CPC-O works.

Well, notes are generated the same day and released after 30 days, so it doesn't surprise me.

Be very specific that you are allowed to do visa printing at ANY office and if they have a problem with that requst that they call NDVO and get it resolved.

Don't forget that PRC will cause even more anxiety, so until you are Citizen, the waiting game is everlasting
