Scan and send the information sheet from your eMedical to CPC-O as a proof that you did do your medicals. You can also try explaining your situation in the email

Hi,

I have an issue here. I applied in Oct 3 and received medical request on March 16,2015. I did my medical on March 28, 2015. The medical center informed me that they have sent the reports by April 19, 2015.
But yesterday I received an email from CPC that they have not received the medical reports yet and if they don't receive it in next 30 days then they will assume that I am no longer interested in processing application.
In reply email, I have sent CPC, the e-medical receipts that were given after medical test.

My question is, what else should I do now? Has anyone faced the same situation earlier?

Third line is Medical Received, for some of the people second line is Medical Received because Ottawa most of the time doesn't update second line which is "We started processing your application on XX, 2015."

This is how mine looks like:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 29, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on February 26, 2015.

3. Medical results have been received.

4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Its is Ok to not have second line: we started ...."

So congratulation on Medical Received line

Thanks Grace, you're right i don't have a second line straight to Med Received. How long did it take for your Decision Made line from Meds Received?

Hi Friends I called the CIC call center today and It seems my application is with Ottawa CPC. I had received a PER mail on March 05 2015 but there has been no news since then no AOR no SLU as yet.. Want to check if there is anybody else with Ottawa visa office with similar timelines. My Timelines are below:
NOC : 0112
Appl received: Dec 18th 2014
PER: March 05 2015

Just Checked and my e-CAS status is updated to decision made. 4th line updated to " A decision has been made...."
No PPR email yet though. I hope to receive it soon.

Is decision Made ALWAYS positive? Or can be decision to be rejected?
