Thanks Calltsr, both myself and my girlfriend are from visa free countries so no PPR, we just got COPR in the mail, it arrived this morning so we went to the states for shopping and landed on the way back into Canada. So no need to send passport, decision made was 10th March, COPR mailed 21st March, COPR received 27th march, landed 27th March

I don't think I will be moving to Vancouver, but as of now it is the closest Canadian city to my current home. I called to a couple stores and they said I had to be physically there to open one, but I found one that was willing to open the mailbox by scanning the contract.
