They demanding marriage certificate, I sent the same but the day my docs reached, got a mail to send certified copy of marriage certificate.

As per my information certified means certificate issuing authority only certified the same.

Please correct if I'm wrong.

Yesterday I sent the certified marriage certificate with cover letter.

Please reply, when I'll get reply from them.

Recently I have received below communication from Colombo visa office. Although I have mentioned my previous visits to other countries clearly but some I overlooked the clause for visa refusal.

VO has given me 30 days to provide the justification for same, Can someone please help me how to proceed?

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subsection 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act 2001 states that a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. Paragraph 40(2)(a) specifies that the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1).

In September 2014 you and your spouse completed Schedule A applications declaring that you have never been refused a visa to Canada or any other country. You declared these applications to be truthful, complete and correct. However we have information that you, your spouse and your son were refused Non Immigrant Visas.

I will allow you 30 days to address this concern. At the end of this time period I will make a decision on your application with or without a response.

I have got my 3rd line updated on E-Cas system as "Medical results have been received" on 3rd June 2015. My case to seems to be in process with Poland Visa Office. Can anyone help me with the timelines i can expect the PPR.

My agency told me to submit my passport in vfs office numbai for visa stamping. Anyone has an idea what is going on in vfs office. Hw much time it Will take to get our visa stamped in our hand. Please reply

Thanks for your reply mate. You were damn right! The VFS CS lady on phone misguided me. i submitted my passport at VFS Calcutta without any issues being raised. Cheers mate!

By God grace and by all your support and guidance ....My status has been changes to DECISION MADE ....I'd received a passport request and I have submitted the passport with photo via VFS service....now how long does it take to get stamping done ....Best regards to all and thank you so much for helping me out and giving me positive heaps.

I am an August applicant, aor recieved in January! No updates on ecas and no second line update! It only says we have recieved your application. 5 months of nothing no medicals! Should i contact the Warsaw office?

Please somebody help!

my passport was received at the embassy on 12th for visa stamping. Is there anyway to know whether they have already made the stamping? or do I need to wait until I receive the passport in my hand to know about it.....

Hi Friends,
I am planning to fly to Toronto in August. I intend to apply for a driving license there. I have an Indian Driving License. The Ontario transport department portal states that we need to submit a letter along with the original driving license to apply for a G license.

Just wanted to know if some one has got an experience letter issued from any RTO in India. If you can share the same on email. Pls confirm.
