My timeline as follows:
Visa office: Ottawa
Appl. Rcvd: Aug 25 2014
Per: December 12 2014
Med request,fbi pcc and rprf: Feb 6
I completed Fbi pcc on April 7,2015 and got rfv email 2 weeks later.

My third line got updated on Apr 14, 2015.So When can I expect PPR and is there anything to be get worried after third line update?
I am planning to resign my current job as I have 3 months' notice period and by the time I get my passport stamped I need to be relieved from my office duties. : : :

Usual timeline what we have seen so far is 1 month to 3 months from the 3rd line update.

I have been requested for pay the fee - Pay the Right of Permanent Residence (RPRF) fee. Can someone please advise what this is, the amount and how should I pay this.

Congrats... RPRF fee is 500 CAD per adult.

I just spotted height difference of 3 cm for me & 4 cm for my spouse mentioned in generic application form & measured at panel clinic during medical exams...

would it create any problem? I mean could this be the reason for getting delayed in 3rd line update as v completed our medicals on 9th april & v have not received TL yet?

I am thru with my medicals......Could anyone please suggest that what all is required to be sent to the VO and on which address? Your revert is highly appreciated.

In the MR mail, they clearly mentioned what are all you need to send. In my case i sent following.
1. Copy of the MR forms signed by the concerned doctor from hospital as ack.
2. frond and back bio pages of passport for all members.
3. If they have requested the RPRF. I paid online, so i took the prinitout receipt and signed it and sent.
The orginal MR forms and report will be uploaded by the hospital.

Ques 1: Which is the best method to carry or transfer funds to Canada?
Ques 2: What is the limit of funds we can transfer?
Ques 3: Has anyone opened an account with Scotia Bank from India and how did that go? Pls share your experience and your advise. Also which is better, opening online vs. at the India branch. Any pros and cons to consider?

I wouldn't worry too much. Oil and Gas exporting nations tend to move up and down with the crude price. I would say it is a great opportunity to get in during a recession, because we get more CAD for our INR, and competition is always lesser at these times. Crude will bounce back and good days will come back. Just look at this as a opportunity.
