Hi all,

Does anyone has any idea of what are the chances of eligibility rejection at LVO during the process, after PER mail is received from CIO?

Any clue?? thanks.

I want to know this too.
My app is at the LVO.
I am doubtful if I need to apply under EE.

Hello Pradeep Garu,

My application had reached on 8th Aug 2014 with NOC 2173. I had sent out an SBI DD which is not yet enchased. It is written on the DD itself that the validity of the DD is six months. Which bank DD you had sent out ?

Hello Guys...........As far as i know, the Validity of most of the foreign DD's are 6 months........So i believe that should not be a concern....but as per the timelines....you should have received the PER by now.....but no worries....Pray to almighty and hope for the best!!

I have received PER 18th DEC 2014 and now waiting for MR.
I applied for new passport as it was getting expired soon.
I got one today.
Should I now wait for my Visa Office to contact me for MR and then I update them for this new passport number etc.
Or should I submit now using case specific inquiry link for my visa office ???

No comunication post this from CIC. I have not applied for PCC yet. What would be the next comm from CIC & when. In the PER email, they did not ask for PCC.

i tried 2 times to get UCI no by calling on 0016139444000. both time different persons pick but they said they dont have any information and cannot provide anything about the federal skilled worker programme.

Got response from Pipis Husband in another forum,
as per him its OK to wait until VO contact you for MR and then you update or your may update now itself using case specific inquiry link.
But I believe I should wait until I hear from LVO as we dont know when our file is gonna reach them and even if reached when are they going to start reviewing it is not clear.
