Me and my wife sent our application for NOC 2174. Our application reached on 27th Aug. Should we hold on to any hopes for getting selected. CC not charged or no updates of any sort from CIC.

Do you think there are any chances of making it this year..

CONGRATULATIONS to all who received their good news from CIC!!!

For those waiting, we really don't have any idea or any clue whatsoever what's the processing is like from now on in CIC. We see October mid applicants getting charged and issued PER simultaneously. And still seeing PER issued to August like me and the rest of us.

Just keep in mind that as long as your'e confident of your application being 100% eligible. Rest assured the Good News will eventually knocked on your inbox or Snail mail for some. It's just a matter of time. Patience is still the key.

Now that I got PER , I got few queries regarding how the rest of process will follow considering the below changes :

My Wife and I are expecting a our first child late January --- Insha Allah, for which she is now in India and me at Bahrain.
So when the Medical Request arrives (around late JAN) I would be most possibly in India and I hope we can get evaluated by one of the registered doctors in India !!! Correct me if I am wrong.

Secondly I am also changing my employer in Feb 2015, infact I would be moving out of Bahrain to some other Gulf Country.
Which will change my employer, Address etc.


Finally my Passport is about to expire in March 2015, and I am expected to get it renewed Jan 1st week for new employer to provide me work visa. Also I would need to get my child passport asap.

Question is how do I inform VO London and these changes that going to take place from Jan start to FEB end or may be March ????
Do I keep them updated as and when changes takes place ? Does it delay VISA Issuance from them ?

Good News for 2173. I have applied through Y-Axis for 2173 on August 27th 2014. I have got a news from them that August 16th sent application [Means, August 20th or so received] received PER last week. This is a DD one.

So, We still have hopes for 2173. Please wait some more days.

Also, I have inquired with multiple consultancies in Hyderabad and learnt that if your application is with CIC and not returned so far, YOU WILL BE IN GAME AND GET PER. The reason is simple CIC sent many applications back so far in 2173-ALL in NOVEMBER. This is just as per my knowledge again.

HOPE HOPE HOPE. 2173 August applicants will get PER soon.

It is difficult to pin-point, how CIC works but whatever my understanding is that if you have yet to hear from them, chances are that you are in, cos many people have received the rejection in the month of November, who had sent the application in August. And I believe sending email has not yielded results for many. Simple reason is that they get many emails and they cannot reply to all of those.

So best thing to do in this situation is to keep your hopes high and wait for the right thing to happen.

All those who have send their files in august 2014 for FSW and are waiting for PER please join here. We could get updates from each one of us so that we aware of current scenario.

My file was delivered on 07-Aug-2014. No PER recieved yet. :

I have applied through Y Axis and thy told me thta if the DD is encashed in November file no will definately come. Its more than 90 days and its going to be 120 days now. My DD has been encashed on 25th November.
However no news yet!!.
Any Idea about the timeline?
Are they sending medical request with the file no??

Just when i thought our app has been left out. When most PER's are being issued to latest October applicants. When the hope is almost faded.. But then The Faith holds on..

First of all a really Big Thank you to our Almighty Father. For this big blessing. Crossed the 1st hurdle for this PR train.

Really Proud to announce that we have received the Golden email "Positive Determination of Eligibility". Its been quite awhile that i wanted to post this. This day has come!!!
