By gods grace my CV got charged today. I'm Aug 6th applicant.

Congratulations, i think you are the first one from August applicants in NOC2132, charged. I am also from NOC 2132, anyone else charged by now on the same NOC, please update. Any rejection mails or packages from august applicants please update.

Hi everyone, am kind od new to the forum,don't seem to undertand moct of the acronym used here like CC,am guessing that means credit card, my was charged today, documents recieved 16th august.so where can I find the meaning of the acronym used in this forum like DD encashed, PER etc.i need to flow with discussion.

Looks like your CC is charged, if so congratulations. Can you confirm your NOC and you app received date at CIC office?

As most here saying.. really need to have the virtue of Patience..

Let me share with you what i have read from the global thread, she celebrated just today. Since she got the great news from her consultant. PER was received by her consultant which then informed her. If i'm not wrong she was a July applicant. But nonetheless, her situation may render some confidence to yours.

She has been asking her Bank for any updates on her DD, even calling them daily. She mentioned recently called 12,13 til 14th Nov. The Bank just responded that DD is still haven't cleared. She was quite frustrated coz believing that her file would be charged by now.

As in the 1st statement. She got her PER from her consultant which indicates her DD encashed 6th Nov.

So, apparently.. these Banks may or may not give you the proper answer you are expecting.

Keep the faith alive and all the best for us..

Yeah, u r right bro, but it's really hard to be cool.
As a 13rd Aug applicant using DD, when i heard that some 13rd Aug applicant using CC had already got charged, I got anxious. Though i know anxiety just doesn't help.

I too will have that feeling.. But somehow, you can be rest assured that if a cc got charged on the same date as yours. You have been charged as well. Only thing is they have forwarded it to their bank and it takes atleast 7-10days to clear. That's the only diff i know of between cc & dd. but in most cases, it has been proven dd is the safest mode of payment.
