I think you should have received PER by now.

Please check with CIC about your application status, because as per Spread Sheet CIC has began charging Aug applicants.

No, you are certainly in.....things are not in sequence....it depend who is handling your app, and also on the complexity of your app....so just chill...i know its really bothering...but unless there is defect in your app....you are certainly in.....

There had been countless times, where the early app date have received it later...
