FSW 2014 August Applicants

Hi,

My application was received by CIC on August 22nd and credit card was charged on November 11th. I haven't received the PER mail so far. Can experts pls advise when should I expect the same.

I assume you are of the 217X NOC. CIC pre-charged threse NOCs ahead of the others to make them quickly capped. however, the determination of eligibility is processed in order of the application receiving date. PER are just coming to the date of 8/12 or so, so just keep waiting.

Last date of charge was 12th August. So by this time we should get out file back.

Regarding application package returned. It normally takes 3-4months from the date the package was returned. This is applicable to applicants outside Canada. Applicants within Canada reported to received their returned package within a month's time.

I submitted my application for NOC 2173 on Aug 19 and received on Aug 22. No status yet...please help...

hhmmm just wait until you hear from CIC. Because, the hot NOCs like 2173, 2171 are much confusing from past 20 days.

They have cleared these NOCs to fill the cap and to stop the inflow of more applications. If we see the stats, Aug 12 is the last day of CC charge for NOC 2173. And package has been returned to Aug 13th applicant and Aug 19th applicant.

In page 92 of this thread, a person on Aug 22 has got his CC charged. So, no comments on your status. Just hope for the best to happen to you and all.

Last I heard from the forum is a DD for 2173 is enchased on 26th. MY QUESTION IS, IF I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT IS QUOTA, WILL CIC SEND ME A MAIL THAT THEY ARE RETURNING MY APPLICATION BECAUSE OF NOT MEETING CAP ? CAN I STILL HAVE A HOPE.

You will be in CAP. Please check SS. Going forward, usually they are not sending NER e-mail now a days and also they used standard delivery.

I am guessing you are still in the GAME. Aug 11th to 13th are receiving PERs. What mode of payment is yours? If it is DD, you should hear back in the next 10 days.

we have used posb cc po for the fee payment. prior kasi sa application di pa ako aware regarding DD's, di ko rin alam pa papano kumuha..heheh But most members here said DD's are the safest.

Not all banks daw can tell you the status of your DD is encashed or not. Suggest ko po, you try to call posb hotline and ask for the status providing your DD details. Maybe they have the facility to know. Then it will be good for you. Kelan nga po app received nyo? malapit2x na tayo sa PER email for aug applicants. with God's Grace.
