DD CHARGED STATUS, CONFUSING!!

A request for guys who understand DD charging by CIO, as in this forum 13 Aug, 30 Aug applicants have been charged and some of the july applicants and mid august applicants are still waiting for DD charging, what is this all about? Can someone who understands this explain?

Please share CC for NOC-2131 Civil Engineer's application submitted on 20-August-2014 is charged? I am eagerly awaiting since my CC has not been charged though it is 100 days passed till today,

i got my cc charged on 20th nov i am 25th august applicant.hopefully, you will get charged or you may have already charged but sometimes bank doesn't let you know

generally within 12 days of they receive your passport in LVO sometimes it differs

Don't lose faith mate...I am sure good news is waiting for you around the corner...have you contacted CIC yet?
