Hi Friends,

Need your valuable suggestion.

I applied for Work Permit 10 years ago. Do i need to mention it somewhere?

Since Work permit is not TRV or visitor or refugee visa and hence i filled "No" in Background Declaration form ( Schedule A).

Is my understanding correct here ?

now just wanna to know that i have applied for educational assessment through WES ..... got my transcripts ... now i have to courier it on a given address... plzz give me the address where to be courier these transcripts??? ... and fees is $201 .or $299.. ??

Also my expected date of Ielts result is about 6 dec 2014... can i apply ... ??

and i have to submit this.....1) Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] 2) Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] 3) Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] ........ and all 11 forms at once or step by step...

And do i need a laywer who signature are req on my application... someone told me you need an laywer who will charge around $1200 for it ???

Plzz gude me .. runng late of timee.. plzzzzzzzzzz

2. You will find the address for documents to be courier on WES website, when you will pay fee. Fee will be approx $203.40.

3. Yes, you can apply. Yet, outcome depends on your correctness of file and most important is capping of your intended occupation.

4. You may don't really need to submit all 11 forms. But numbers of required forms should be....don't bother about it at the moment.

also can if i get 7 in each then i will get 6 marks for that as if u get 7+ bands u wll get 6 marks each .. for 6.5 bands its 5 points and for 6 bands its 4 points .. isnt it ??? or 7.5 necessary ???

and abut fees its 203 or 299 .. ????? which one to choose 180+85+tax= 299 or 180+tax ?? which is a speedy??

First of all I will advise serious about IELTS . You should get 7.5 in each band . it is not so easy .

You pay to WES $299/= for speedy .

Forms you fill up just before 2/3 days submitting , becoz latest update forms need to submit .

No need lawyer , in this forum a lot of expert are helping us like Asif, Century , Oscar , Palak , Nishes and many more .

What is your NOC / VO ? check SS and then confirm about NOC CAP .

If you get 7.5 in listening that will get you 5 points , if you get 8 or 9 that will get you full 6 points for listening module. ( Listening points are diffrent from other three ).

7 bands in speaking , writing and reading will give 6 + 6 + 6 = 18 points

In listening he would need 7.5 to get 5 points and make 23 points.

yeah .. now doing hard work on Ielts.. for getting max score..

and basically what this trancripts are(which are sent to WES) ???? are these the detaied markes sheet attestestd by contoller of examination in university?? or degree attested by controller of examination ..???

plzz telll .. bcz when i asked the transcripts to clerks in universty.... they seemed bit confused... so rather they give me wrong documents... plz teel frnds....

As iam from Commerce backgound .. i think NOC 0111 , 1111 , 1112 .. will suit me ... what u suggest ??
