If he has received the application recently, that means the applicants from India having the Local VO as NDVO shouls also have started getting their applications returened back (IF ANY). Any applications returned back to India??? ANYONE???

Hi All..i am 15th AUG applicant, NOC 2173. I have come through a post in the FSW2014 thread that 2173 would have been capped by 08 AUG 2014. I think this prediction is lilttle exaggerated coz every week when CIC was updating the caps the averge number of 2173 applications were around 50. If we look at the cap update upto 3 july applications..its count was around 425. so by going this flow till august there are 8-9 weeks left and each week might have 50-60 2173 applications so 9x60 = 540 + 425 = 965 applications or we can round off it upto 1000. So my point is 2173 can not be capped till the start of AUG.

You can check in the SS , that roughly how many application under 2173 has been issued PER and charged. Add 10% to it for those people who haven't entered the details in SS. This probably can give clear and best idea.

Pls be patient, right now the July Last week applicants are being charged. I am also on the same platform as you. (15th Aug Applicant). Pls do not call CIC, wait till 20th Nov.. Hopefully you will be in the good list..[/list]

I agree.. even I applied under 2173 and want to be positive and praying that the CAP is not full for all the August applicants.

Whether anyone recently got cc/dd charged despite
submitting 10th marksheet having name, dob & one parent
name.

I think nowadays CIO returning application simply if there is
no BC despite having 10th mark sheet with above details.
Self & Children having BC. For spouse submitted 10th mark
sheet, degree TC & PAN card having all above details, no affidavit.

Pls give feedback. In fear. Sent inquiry mail on 8th Oct only.

Tensed after reading your post that CIC is returning applications saying no Birth Certificate attached.

Guys - Kool down pls . CIC accepts Xth Certificate as proof of DOB, provided it clearly mentions your name, your DOB, your Father's Name and also your Mother's name. I have seen people in this forum whose Xth certificate with all these details has been accepted as Proof of DOB. If anything is missing then they WON'T...

Although, I am also a Aug 15 Applicant and mine is still under Pipleline.. So staying positive ... Hope for the best...

Hi Friends, I understand all points. But recently many people mentioning BC as a issue for return of application. However most of us kept Xth mark sheet as per their requirement.

Just asked for recent charge who kept Xth marksheet instead of BC.
Sorry if this panic you friends. Let us wait, finger crossed.
