Aug-8 Applicant with PER on NOV 30, no second line update still, anybody else is there with similar situation

I am also August 8th, applicant. PER date 1st Dec . NOC2171, NDVO. I have not received any communication from CIC. No second line update.... ???

APPLICATION RECEIVED AUGUST 6
PER: NOVEMBER 27
NOC: 0111
VISA OFFICE: NDVO
SECOND LINE UPDATE: WE STARTED PROCESSING ON JAN 13
MR RECEIVED: JAN 20
MR, RPRF SENT TO VO: JAN 24 AND RECEIVED BY VO ON JAN 28
MEDICAL RESULTS RECEIVED BY EMBASSY: JAN 29
THIRD LINE UPDATE: MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED ON FEB 4

PCC submitted alongwith the application so VO didnt ask at the time MR.

Am also in the same situation. Aug 20th applicant, 2171, NDVO. No second line update. Just wanted to check. Have to travelled outside India on any assignments? Just checking to see if that is causing the delay.

I am not a right person to suggest for your specific query.
But personal opinion is : if HR asks abt reference letter then simply deny the things. try to confirm if they have any proofs. If no proofs then no actions.
One thing i am curious to know that how HR got to know about reference letter??
Also give updates about the same if any.

Same as visa office London noc 1123 per 15 dec . No 2nd line update yet .
