They only need to send us an email why is taking too long???? I read on the form that the security and background check happen before medical request, they don't send MR if they are not satisfied with your papers

there is no security check before MR,the security check and criminality will done after MR,the first step before MR is eligibility review by officer and your Ecas status will show then: we started processing your file in .... this mean that the officer have opened your file and reviewed it for eligibility,then he sends you MR,and after that he send report to extra agencies like interpol to check about u,nothing else,and they wait the reponse from these agencies,generally this report takes 3 months,not more,don't believe that it takes years,simply because USA and Canada do security check also for people who travel by tourism visa and this visa just requires about 2 months to be issued and if person serves in army or police then they invite him or her to interview to ask some questions,nothing else,anyway it is my opinion,these files r in waiting list ,nothing else.
Actually this is what Minister of immigration said to me when i received reply from him,he said that my file is in the queue for eligibility review by office.

Eligibility review is right after arriving of your docs in Bucharest. Then you are on queue for next stages. If you order notes you will explain many things in this procedure.
If we compare August apps with previous applicants from previous months, we'll see that our files (August) delayed at least 3-4 months against earlier applicants. I know what waiting is killing, but you have to wait patiently.

PS: Actually eligibility is only for work experience (in my case) and it was done online.

Note that i am QSW which mean that my eligibility have been passed since i have been selected by Quebec and i have CSQ,they r do nothing with that ,however No MR for me and for all QSW applicants which their dates September,October,November..... unless all of these people have problems in the security check and of course it is not logical.
I believe what Minister said,when they put second line in Ecas status: we started processing your file on ....this mean that we have opened your file on...and then they will send you Medical,why they will do security for you if you have healthy problems,is this logical!! that's why MR is before security.
Regarding the review of file when reaches Bucharest,it is true but this is the first review and they put he files in the order which they received and distribute them to all officers,i don't know if there is another plan for FSW,but i know that the difference between FSW and QSW is just eligibility,the eligibility for FSW applicants depends on expierence,age,education .... and the officers check about expierence while the eligibility for QSW applicants pass once they have CSQ and Federal part does just medical and security for them.
in my opinion ,all these files are in the waiting list,nothing else,waiting for officers to open them and send MR to everyone from us.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Calculation (eligibility) is right after arriving of docs in Bucharest. I have email correspondence between them in my notes.

There is nothing specific, it could take a week and it might last for over 6 weeks. Nothing is certain. However, the trend is 6 weeks.
