Did your PPR say anything about this? One PPR recently posted on this forum said if you can land before having your baby, go ahead. Once your visas are stamped your application is closed and can't be re-opened. You can't add a baby at that point and if you have visas they would be cancelled and you'd have to submit a new application from scratch. Hopefully the VO will delay stamping you and allow you to add your baby and will send you instructions accordingly. If you receive your stamped visas back, land ASAP and STAY in Canada until after the baby is born!

If the baby is due after 2 months, you will not be allowed to travel by the airlines, and yes it is risky. The best option is to raise a CSE, contact the VO asap to delay stamping and do what is required to add the baby. They might not respond but atleast they will know what is happening.

Thanks for the prompt reply... in worst case if the stamping is done and airline not allowing to travel... can myself n husband land in canada first and get pr cards having visitor visa for the baby and once getting a job, apply PR for child under sponsor family class? ... is this is possible?

Seniors pls advise.

I have submitted my passport to NDVO, yesterday.

Instead of filling up the information chart in passport request letter; I created the same format in excel and typed it; and then provided it is a separate sheet. Could it create problem?

Would you rather prefer a lesser validity passport and thus a shorter validity of you Canada Visa.

Still, minimum 6 month's validity is must at the time of Visa issuance.

Thanks rvp_deltario +1 for that...
