I got my medicals done in Fortis, Bangalore. Dont worry about selecting a doctor. They will assign the on-duty doctor to you when u report at the helpdesk. Yes, it is e-enabled. However, do carry photos. Also, the helpdesk guys will take your pics at the end of all the tests.

I'm 5th Dec. applicant, DD , my Ecase shows " In Process, We received your application .......etc " but I don't know when was my DD charged as the bank told me they couldn't know this information.

I'm seeing many 5th Dec. applicant in the forum receiving their PER .. when I should expect it ?

I'm a single applicant so I think that I've a very simple application..

I also want to know, is it a good sign that my Ecase shows " In process " ??

I mean, If I'll receive NER, do they change this status in my ecase in the same day I receive the NER or before that or after that by few days ??
is there is anyone who had his ecase went alive and shows " In process " and then he received NER ?? I hope not

If it doesnt show Decision made at this stage, then you are safe...

Awaiting PPR mail

Please note:

• I feel NDVO is not really caring about CSE updates once the file is through and just sitting for final approval. After my MR, I have moved to different country, joined a job and again changed the job. I have dropped few CSEs to them updating all this news. But looks like they never bothered to do anything with it (its good).
• So those who are through with most of the process, please carry on with life without worrying about Visa process (unless you are into the business of changing family composition..lol)


I shall update you about PPR once it comes, for the benefit of those who are tracking and waiting.

Also, I shall update the spread sheet once I get the PPR. Thanks.

Guys please suggest below things:
1) Should I pay RPRF online or Draft is better ?
2) Whom to address this draft?
3) My wife is pregnant. Do I need to send a mail to NDVO or the medicals done will only solve the purpose?
4) I should send Passport Biopages + Medical (that will be uploaded by hospital) + ???

1) If the CIC people need to call my employer then, when is it done ? I mean at which stage ? Has they already did that and then are issuing me the PER or it is done by the visa office people ?

2) Furthermore, I also clamined points for adaptablity and provided one proof of relationship and one proof of residence along with my uncle's canadian passport copy ... I was having a doubt that may be they may ask for more proofs for adaptability or may be they might not accept ... so have they accepted my points for adaptablity ? Or they may ask for some more proofs ? Same thing goes for my current employment proofs etc ... so Have I also passed this stage ?

3) Plus anybody have any idea about the ABU DHABI visa office ? Like how do they process either fast or slow or Do they really go deep in background checking ?

This tracker is the version when CIC had received 9939 Application and by Dec 2014 they had 11400 or so eligible applications so we have a gap of around quarter to 2000 applicants.

Congratulations Rajaram. Also interesting observation on processing updated on Sundays. Probably they run some batch processes.

for all those who think any status change can't happen on SUNDAYS, my ECAS lines 2-4 has all happened on SUNDAYS only. Also, i understand that no one from NDVO or CIC works on Sunday, it seems that there is some background batch jobs that run and update the statuses.

My login name was viv. For some reason, I am not being able to retrieve the password. I am glad to inform the forum that my status has been changed to "Decision Make" in CIC portal. Although I am yet to receive email from CIC, I hope that the decision will be positive.
Thanks to all the individuals who make suggestions and comments. Since I am new to this area, I learnt a lot from here. All the best to each of you.
I will make the change in the spreadsheet once I receive the email.

Query :

Hi All,

I am really worried for my application which reached on 21st October and DD encashed 30th Dec .But no PER yet. ..Now it is more than 4 months.So,is it understood that i will get my file back.
Because one of my friends Application reached on 21st July and her DD encashed date was Nov .And yesterday she got her file back .
It seems that after DD encashed also ,there is chance of getting file back..
Day by Day i am loosing Hope now..

Do you have a UCI that you can check ECAS? If not try to obtain your UCI by calling CIC.

Interesting analysis. Surprising to note that even 5% of Jan applicants got DM (since 95% didnt receive DM) and 16% of Dec '14 applications got DM (since 84% didnt receive DM). So we thought that only May and June applicants are getting DMs and PPRs.
Is my understanding correct? Please clarify...also welcome views from other forum members.
