Thanksss guysss ! :) :) :) ... Tell me one more thing ...

1) If the CIC people need to call my employer then, when is it done ? I mean at which stage ? Has they already did that and then are issuing me the PER or it is done by the visa office people ?

2) Furthermore, I also clamined points for adaptablity and provided one proof of relationship and one proof of residence along with my uncle's canadian passport copy ... I was having a doubt that may be they may ask for more proofs for adaptability or may be they might not accept ... so have they accepted my points for adaptablity ? Or they may ask for some more proofs ? Same thing goes for my current employment proofs etc ... so Have I also passed this stage ?

3) Plus anybody have any idea about the ABU DHABI visa office ? Like how do they process either fast or slow or Do they really go deep in background checking ?

Hi.. I am also in the same boat.. NOC 1112.. NDVO.. App filed on 20th May, and the online status shows processing since Oct 30th.. No MR yet.. no background check with my employer also.. any suggestions?

Too early. Wait at least another month. Unfortunately that's how it is. Every stage of waiting is more stressful than the last.

Also, my medicals were done on Feb 3rd and uploaded on Feb 6th. Till now the ecas doesn't show the 3rd line update. Doctor's office confirmed that they uploaded on the 6th. What should I do, just keep waiting or reach out to the VO to confirm if they've received it or not?

You will come to know when RPRF is encashed, if you send DD for the same. Else not possible to know. However its not really important to know.
keep Checking 3rd line update. may happen anytime.
