But do you mean that I should fill out the blank spaces on the receipt before sending to CIC.I am not referring to the data asked while making the payment.I am asking about after the whole process is completed and the system has generated the receipt. The space for date of birth,address and client ID are blank.

I wanted to ask that is PPR sent on the basis of MR date or on the basis of 3rd line of update. My MR date is of 15 december bt my 3rd line was updated on 26 January. So when can I expect PPR??

Based on 3 line update they calculate the 1 Year Visa duration.

The PPR date is based on many factors, just one of which is MR received.
Rest of the few factors are-
1: When was ur PCC received
2: How complicated is your Security check
3: Availability of the final officer for you file review
etc

Current calculation is 3 to 4 months form 3 line for NDVO

Technically nothing is required but as a DD doesnt anywhere record from whom it is, you should pen down you UCI and File number at the back.

with my past experience ..is t true???any cases ??also heard tht they will ask me an explanation fr watever happend during verification.will they buy it??

What went wrong with the verification?

Making enough points is one thing. But if they think you misrepresented it doesn't matter how many points you score. Hopefully they will give you a chance to explain.

What to do if cic has request for medicals and wife is pregnant, Because i know we can`t for X-ray Test during pregnancy. Will this leads to delay in process.

You must inform your VO of the pregnancy and they will instruct you. You'll have to add your baby to the application after the birth. This will take time so yes it will delay the process.

Hi,
Im Dec applicant for NOC 1123. Jus called CIC to check my application status. The agent told that NOC 1123 is capped in oct 14 itself, n they might returned my file.
Now EE is the only hope.
This might be the reason that there were NO updates for this NOC, since oct.

Unfortunate if it was capped. But you can always go for EE and good luck!

I will double check with my bank to see if the draft payment has been processed by Receiver General Canada or not.

There used to be a link to monitor the cap progress on all the eligible job titles, anyone can share it please? Wonder if 1123 has capped out.

Also, do they correspond in any way with the applicant if his/her application fails? Or complete silence does the trick?

hold your tears still there is hope, CIC generally picks application for review based on NOC.
As far i understand form the older discussion on this thread back in July Aug when this topic was hot was that after an initial sorting of application in NOC CIC will review them. Application Post ur date are receiving PER but may not be from UR NOC. If applicants form your NOC and date after your application date are receiving PER then still it +VE that your NOC is not capped and may hear form CIC soon.

The Link that you were looking form was removed by CIC in Dec 2014 just before EE went live.

1) U can do either...but think for a sec...if the VO decides to pursue Background Checks for ur case (this usually happens before MR), then it will go to a BGC Agency-> The Agency will find you r not working at the Place u declared u were working-> This will cause delays, extra checks- possibly a telephonic verification, plus unnecessary suspicion in the VO's mind...If I were u, I'd have informed the VO by now
2) It's ur file, your future, hence u need to make ur own decisions ...I suspect ur already having doubts abt following Consultant's advice, otherwise u wud not be asking the question
3) No concern for VO..But y one earth did u send ur Original Promotion Letter?? U won't get it back...say for a future job change if u need it..I hope u have kept it Scanned...Don't u get Soft Copy promotion letters?? Speaking from my current Org experience...
4)As per my experience u get MR 55-60 Days after PER..and generally 15-20 days after 2nd line of update....Check the Avg. processing Times tab in the spreadsheet. Have u got the 2nd line Update? Once u receive it expect it within a month at most (or if it does not come within that time, then it could be a long wait as the VO probably has decided to go for extensive BGC in ur case)

Yeh but the bad thing as far as I know about US and Canadian phone contract system is that they charge even for incoming calls, and international INCOMING calls are charged at even higher rate. Because of this I think it'd still prolly be cheaper to buy a India calling card and call home than to receive FREE calls!

On a mobile phone, you use up your quota of minutes even on incoming calls. On a land line, you are not charged long distance charges for incoming calls.
