will they consider my past work experience if they r not satisfied with my current experience coz of problem during back ground verification.even if they
dont consider my current one i have sufficient points. reply plz

At the PER stage form CIC they may not seek for additional explanation.

At VO level -
They tend to check all the experience associated with your NOC (primarily), not to say they don't check rest.
If they are not satisfied with any thing they generally ask you form more documents.

So don't worry they will get in touch with you if they need more details.

May need more details around your situation for any of the members to answer more accurately.

I am new to this forum, My application recieved on 17 November and DD encashed (according to Bank) on 15 jan but no PER yet. MY NOC is 2281
1. when can I expect PER.
2. If dd is charged does it mean that I will deffinetely get PER?

It's not 100% but very likely. And it's probably coming soon.

Yep. Thats true. We have two applicants (sriramkb & Jango1) whose Meds done in November got PPRs in Dec and Jan.
So whats your question, sorry I didnt get you..

Guys its really important i need to write to them, just waiting for a second opinion.

Seems ok to me.

On the other hand have you received AOR form them or an Email of file transfer form NDVO.

If your file was directed to WVO form CIC then i assume you received an AOR.

I would suggest you send all these update with your MR or post you have a new Job which ever is earlier.

Pin code number error would not be a blocker for you to receive an MR.

This is my opinion and may not be 100% accurate can wait for any more answers form others.

I guess 4 to 7 day. Generally 2-3 working days form receipt at VO they stamp it. rest all is transit time

I recd my PER on 12/02 ... Does NDVO send a AOR or direct MR & how many days does it take on an average to get MR after PER ??
Also i have read of some NDVO files being sent to Warsaw office ... Can any 1 explain why this is done ??

At this point your VO is not necessarily NDVO. Dec Applicants are being redirected to WVO it Colombo VO.

NDVO - no AOR only second line update
Rest vo send AOR

redirect is due to load at NDVO

They will consider any experience within the past 10 years so long as you meet the basic eligibility requirements. It doesn't have to be your current work. However if they do verification and are unable to verify, they may suspect misrepresentation. They may ask you for additional information or for an interview or something like that. If they conclude that there was misrepresentation it doesn't matter how many points an applicant scores, that will be a rejection.

my noc is 3142.
they came fr site verification to my clinic.employer was thr.but other professional couldnt recognize me n fotogrph.they called me.it was ok. i told tht v both nvr wrk togthr coz
timing .she s on and off .she s more like a helping hand fr my employer.but thy said tht thy r not satisfied wit d answrs.thatsy im worried.

Thanks a ton. Will incorporate the changes suggested by you. On second thoughts yes, i dont wish to give a reason.

The only reason why i stated that is because my last working day stated is 31st august as indicated in my experience letter. During filing the application on 10thSept i Was on leave and never resumed services there after but i said i was still working. Hence was wanting to justify the date printed on my exp. letter...But i guess i should just share the exp letter and leave it at tat. Rit?

Now this sheds more light on your situation. Why did you not mention this earlier?

Please update your VO at the earliest as they can construe to is Mis-representation if reviewed by a strict Officer

while filing the file i just took a break from my work or u can say i resignd and now from jan i am pursuing higher studies .....in other country
what all things i have to show them then.....please reply......

4 yr of wrk experience in a superspeciality hosp which is solid
3yrs n clinic wre they did site verification.employer vouched me but the other person couldn't recognize me in photograph
which made it adverse.they told tht thy r not satisfied

I'm happy to hear that you got PER because since few weeks i've seen you being quite desperate and burning in agony. Finally a big relief to you. Congrats my fren.

Just explain by CSE any changes since your application and they will ask you for any documentation if necessary.
