A brazilian guy had the same issue.

He talked with SPVO and they confirmed to him it was OK. If at the immigration they ask something, you just need to say it's just your are not doing your landing yet.

CIO had sent quiet a few 'PER' emails which said that application was forwarded to Dakar VO, which was a result of some blunder in SAP software. Recently an NDVO applicant PMed me, stating that he received a reply to his query from CIO CSU agent who informed him that the file was transfered to Warsaw. I thought that it was a blunder as well, but seeing that applicants started receiveng AOR, I think that they did some redistribution to even out the workload. What can I say? WVO is probably the worst CIC station.

I got the same PM. I agree, per the SS it's probably the worst VO. Doesn't make much sense.

If the idea was to lower the case load, why wouldn't they choose SPVO for instant - the fastest VO so far? (Not a suggestion :p! I'd like them to maintain their speed ;))

Look, it's CIC we are talking about. "Go, figure" seems like a most appropriate answer :D
 
Hi All, Any Dec NOCs got charged today? I see few Dec 10 and one Dec 11th and one Dec 15th applicants are charged as per SS.
 
Hello... NOC 0111 here...Application received 11.17.2014..CC debited Jan 15, 2015...awaiting PER... hope we get good news this week or the next! Goodluck to ALL :)
 
Today we received MR !!!

SPVO is flying with our apps (there were 2 more friends with MR today and similar timeline)!

Yes there are the only persons got charged. But one thing is for sure that they have already completed the "completeness check" of all december applicants and only charging part is remaining. Applications found incomplete have been returned back and similarly the NOCs got capped their applications are also returnd back.
