What is the latest PER date that received MR?

Will the whole FSW 2014 process be faster now because of the advent of FSW Express Entry in Jan 2015?
Latest PER and MR dates available in this file
http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Spreadsheet

Since Express Entry is computerized systems, CIO will not be busy processing them (express entry pool entrance). I expect PER issuance of remaining 2014 candidates will now be faster (till January)

And Visa Offices wont become busy with Express Entry Candidates till march. So can expect faster processing fo 2014 candidates (2nd line, Mr, ppr)

Can someone answer this:

My friends FSW – 2014 (NOC:2173 – Software Engineers) application ( applied through an agent) got rejected stating that the experience letter do not provide sufficient
evidence that she performed the duties for this NOC. The rejection letter is dated 1st October 2014 and she received her package back approximately by the end of October.

Yesterday her agent calls up again asking for the UCI number (Which was written in the general application form using a pencil by CIC) and documents back stating that he
wants to challenge CIC’s rejection decision. Is that really possible? Is it worth giving a try?

Any help please

Thanks,
Nsat

Frnds... Last Friday me and my employer got call from VO- Ndvo. It was regarding employment verification. Matters gone adverse from employer side since the business has closed recently.
Hi Binuky,

Sorry to hear about what had happened. However, can you brief us - How did they call you/employer and what questions they asked. why do you think everything went haywire. Even if business doesn't exists, employer can support your employment.

For the sake of all forumites, please detail your experience.
