Can someone answer this:

My friends FSW – 2014 (NOC:2173 – Software Engineers) application ( applied through an agent) got rejected stating that the experience letter do not provide sufficient
evidence that she performed the duties for this NOC. The rejection letter is dated 1st October 2014 and she received her package back approximately by the end of October.

Yesterday her agent calls up again asking for the UCI number (Which was written in the general application form using a pencil by CIC) and documents back stating that he
wants to challenge CIC's rejection decision. Is that really possible? Is it worth giving a try?

Is it another trick by consultant to squeeze money from your friend? To be certain, tell her to make it clear with consultant that no payment to be made before getting positive response from CIC on the challenge.

I read somewhere on fsw2014 that if job duties are not accepted by CIO you can not challenge it.

Would like share the news that one of my friend who has applied for the NOC 2174 which was received at CIC on 04 July 2014 has received his documents back on the last week of December 2014 stating " Your application was received after the ........... "

answering point by point to your queries :

1. Both me and my husband shd have the spouse name endorsed in PP OR if any of us has the spouse name endorsed in PP is it enough? - advised to have it done on both passports
2. Should we need to submit my PP to the PSK @ India ? How ;ong will take if i apply via tatkal ? tatkal takes anything between 3-10 days
3. Will this addition of spouse in PP , change my PP number? YES, usually they give you a fresh passport, but you can check with the local passport office if they can endorse it on your existing passport
4. Will my Old PP get cancelled and they will issue a new one?if they decide to issue you a fresh passport, then yes, old one will get cancelled
5. Shd I inform CIC or NDVO regarding my change in PP details ? (Current status - CC charged and waiting for PER) if they decide to issue you a new passport, yes you need to inform the CIC / NDVO via CSE

but just to add to the above, it is NOT necessary to have spouse name endorsed on each others passport for making the passport of the child. my passport or my spouse's passport was also not endorsed when we made the first passport for our kid.. faced no issues at all.

I need advice from people who have sent the MR RPRF and Passport Photcopies as per the request of NDVO.

Documents mentioned below to be sent to NDVO is it right ?
1. Single Form Request letter to complete MR pay RPRF and PCC ( Sent in the email attachment by Delhi Immigration)
2. MR Forms IMM1017 (me & Spouse) which are signed by DOC's also photo attached and Hospital Fees Payment receipt.
3. RPRF Payment Receipt
4. Original PCC
5. Copy of First and Last Page (which i think are Bio-Pages) Passport (Do i need to send copies of Bio-Pages for the latest Passport or for both old and new passport)
