if my VO is ottowa will I have to send my PCC and documents to them?
And how they r going to check my documents or background?

First of all, it's Ottawa. Secondly, you must send a CSE ASAP to inform them of the fact you moved out of Canada and wait for further instructions.

No, it's the fact that you applied from within Canada while on TRV that made you an inland applicant.

You are most welcome : If you apply for any PCCs try to get some sort of proof of application with the issuing authority. It can be used to request extension.

Thanks for the suggestion. I shall try to get some reference to the PCC application. I checked the docs required, seems we should have a valid status in canada for atleast 6 months in order to request PCC from embassy here. So my immediate wait is for my WP approval, hopefully 1 more week before I can request for PCC

I got my CC charged on 30-Nov-14 for NOC-2132. When can I expect my PER? (Is there any chances for rejection after CC charge?). If I went through, how I can apply for Singapore PCC without request letter from Visa Office.

If I went through, how I can apply for Singapore PCC without request letter from Visa Officewait three weeks after PER and send CSE to NDVO with proof of address change, port of entry stamp and your Singapore status document in a request to change VO. It may or may not be entertained though..

When you change your address you are legally binded to inform CPC about your new contact information. At this point they might or might not initiate File Transfer to your Regional Processing Centre (HKVO), it depends on the stage of your app really. Verification is not done by VO, they employ a third party contractor anyway. Lastly, Ottawa doesn't do interviews at all - if they require it, they route the file to another VO (New York for most North American applicants).

PS> You don't need any confirmation really. It's 100% sure if your ECAS let's you change address.

Yes, i understand that if i change address, i'm obligated to inform CIC, but CIO or Local VO?
In my case, if there's no further information(assume no AOR is sent and i never come to this forum), i would always think that my VO is Hong Kong, and i will raise a case specific enquiry to HongKong for address change. As i tried to change address in ECAS, it only gave me options to change from a Canadian address to another Canadian address.
So hopefully, after i move out of Canada, i'm gonna send an email to Ottawa and copy to HongKong, let both them know that i moved.
BTW, I always misread you name as Dumitru or Dimitri, i guess they are both Russian names.

Just a few words for the applicants who have stayed in other countries for more then 6 months...

It's ok.
I see it as neither good or bad, but you can slow down your app processing badly if you fail to inform them of address change. It's YOUR responsibility as the applicant, so act quick.

You have to wait for an e-mail from SGVO that will include an appeal/request for Singapore COC as this will be requested at the time of application. It usually comes with the MR and RPRF email.

Address is not same

CIO has done it's part. Onward you will deal with CIC Regional Processing Centres only (commonly referred as VOs)

You are absolutely correct. This feature can be used only to change inland address. HKVO will not know of your file whereabouts, because they are not the holders of your file.

That would be most appropriate. Be sure to do it in a timely fashion!
