The carrier said that the office received my package last Sept 7, but I still haven't received any email from CIC. huhu Do you guys know how long it takes for them to open the package?
I check my email several times a day everyday. haha ??? ??? ??? ???

Hi Guys...

Which is best option out of these 2... 1. Going to US on H1B Visa and wait for 8-9 years to become PR of US and atleast 5 more years to become US citizen or 2. Go to Canada on PR and become Canadian Citizen..

even canadian citizenship takes 4 years...
I will go with CANADA..also after getting canadian passport u can work in US

If you ask me .. it is about your priorities on where you want to end up eventually.

Both these countries offer a unique experience. Sit down with your family and ask them about their opinion and you might find an answer to your question.

PS : that is what i did

You can actually send them now. You will need to mail them the Marriage Certificate and Proofs like photos, invitation card etc and also submit a CSE.

Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

Should I wait for NDVO to submit any additional docs or I go ahead and send them all the docs along with the fees……

Also, can u plz advise me the turnaround time for NDVO to respond to CSE…..

I went to local CIC panel doctor, during the check-up, he asked me whether I take any medicine at the moment, I told him I take SSRI as I was a bit depressed lately due losing 2 family members. Now he has referred me to my psychologist. Does temporary depression make medical inadmissible? Once again being honest went against me.

You have the copy of HDFC DD with you? There is a reference number mentioned on it, using the reference number, walk up to the teller in the bank and they will be able to track the DD using that reference number. I did the same and got confirmation of DD encashment.

I received my Passport with Visa and COPR.
My timeline is as below:

8th May 2014 Applicant, LVO, NOC:2131
Medicals Done: 29-OCT-2014
Passport returned from Riyadh VO within one week time.

Drastic drop in new Applications !

If we go through the SS
there is a drastic drop in number of new applications
registered in SS
Just 65 # in last ten days as compared to 806 # in first ten days.
is FSW 2014 loosing steam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
