I have received NER from cic stating that your total point comes to 63.They have not calculated five points of adaptability though my real brother is a citizen of canada & I have attached his birth cerificate,canadian passport,citizen card and latest electricity bil

Please seniors provide urgent solution..

Can I request CIC to reconider my case & what additional proof should I attach to prove relationship??

yes why not but attach some relationship doc with it like his birth certificate, leaving certi, identity proof, etc

For "proof of Funds" I got my balance certificate from my bank which shows my balance in Indian Rupees. The Bank is not providing it in Canadian dollars :-(

It is perfectly fine.. you need to attach a covering letter for this..
Make a Table in the covering letter like below:

Bank and Branch name	Type of Account	Balance in INR	Balance in CAD(as per www.xe.com on date)

I was inquisitive to know what is the usual time given by Canadian High Commission to land in Canada i.e. from the time you receive your passport your passport to the time you can land in Canada.

You have the copy of HDFC DD with you? There is a reference number mentioned on it, using the reference number, walk up to the teller in the bank and they will be able to track the DD using that reference number. I did the same and got confirmation of DD encashment.

I went to local CIC panel doctor, during the check-up, he asked me whether I take any medicine at the moment, I told him I take SSRI as I was a bit depressed lately due losing 2 family members. Now he has referred me to my psychologist. Does temporary depression make medical inadmissible?

Unless you are being requested to send the updated POF then you don't need to send it to them.
