team

please let me know your thoughts. I am not able to come up with a conclusion.

If the UCI is based on the completed documentation , then it is the one that determines "CAP"

UCI has nothing to do with CAP. It is just assigned to each application. UCI, once assigned to you, holds good for you for life.

If u apply again to Canada through any other program, you will be using the same UCI.

Hello people,

I hope you are all filled with great positive energy while planning to the coming future!

I have a question:

Is it fine to travel to a city in Canada other than what you mentioned in the application?
after doing some research about Toronto, we might need to change our destination .. can we do that before traveling? or do we need to land in Toronto for a while first before moving to another places ?

Buddy,

U can land and live anywhere (except Quebec) even u have not mentioned that city on ur app....:)

So cheers...... 8) 8) 8)

I have a question.

I remember filling forms and writing details about all past travels.
But now my application has been received and I am planning to go for a vacation in Europe next month.

1: If i get the visa and I go to Europe tour, do i need to mention it at any stage to CIC?

2: If my Visa is declined for any reason, will that impact my PR chances.

3: what are the PR chances after PER?

You are common-law partners only if you guys have gotten into a legal bond like marriage or else it's conjugal relationship, Without a physical relationship it will be hard to prove to be in a relationship in either, also CIC will evaluate if your same-sex marriage is legally recognized in the place where you were married, Generally, you must give CIC proof that your marriage is legal or authentic. I think you need a detailed professional counseling on this subject to work your case out with all your options open.
Sorry dude, but your word is more likely is your annotation rather than relying on CIC guide. If your word is right why CIC guide did not clear it in this way!?

Note: one of my colleague got her PR just by sending her shared account with her partner! no official marriage no shared accommodation document!

Thanks for the update

I have a question. Do we get UCI number for rejected applications as well.

Dear Pankaj, my statement was valid where you mentioned they are not merchant which means them not having a merchant account. If in anycase if I am not understanding the situation then I regret it :), +1

Alenair, that's exactly why I said you need a professional opinion since you didn't openly mention if you both are applying in FSW stream as partners on same application? or just using a bank statement is the only matter in question? you never mentioned if it's a sponsorship application? so keeping the thread as FSW and you mentioning not married mean't conjugal and not common in law right?
