Alenair, that's exactly why I said you need a professional opinion since you didn't openly mention if you both are applying in FSW stream as partners on same application? or just using a bank statement is the only matter in question? you never mentioned if it's a sponsorship application? so keeping the thread as FSW and you mentioning not married mean't conjugal and not common in law right?

Yes I asked my question here to have expert's answers, my common-law can not apply for FSW as his experience is not in this year high demanded codes. So he should apply as my partner only.

Minimum 2 months if you are in Mumbai . More in case of tier 2-3 cities

If CIO rejects app (CC charge failure), are we receiving e-mail about it, or they just sent app back (via regular mail or express delivery service like DHL or FedEx?)

Thats not an issue. As long as the letterhead is in English, you should be fine. A seal is a seal - and if not in English, that's just the way it is.

But just to be on the safe side, explain it in a cover letter. I am sure CIC does not expect you to 'translate' the company seal for them.

If you need to know whether a transaction on your CC has failed to go through, then you are expected to have proper notifications set with the bank (email and/or sms).

CIC does not communicate anything to you. They do however attempt a total of 3 times after which your app is mailed back to you.

Hi, the seal may be in any format registered by your company. The reference letter can be in English or French for the purpose of FSW, but the seal which is your company's official material need not be. Cheers.

To me official seal is like signature - it should not require any translation.

I guess, your official seal contain only the name of the company and you told, your letter head also contain the name in your language. So it should be OK.

For removing confusion, you can add a additional page and wrote that your office don't have any seal in english other than your language. The detail of the seal contains .....
