Dear All experienced immigration applicants,

I am going to send my appliction to central intake office by courier on 12th Nov,2014. What is the opinion of you expert guys that if my application is complet in all respect, whether there is a chance that my application will be considered. Because i have heard news that candidates who submitted their applications in june got PER in oct 2014. So, it means that there will be already thousands of applications in que, and the cap will be over before my turn will come. Isn't it!! OR there is still some HOPE?????

Please adivce. Thanks for your suggestion and experienced comments in this matter.

We all are fSWP Aspirants and have only one dream (Canada) in our eyes. Though I am a new guy on this forum only about 1 month old but I really feel, why should we be connected only up to this platform, can't we be in touch beyond this thing. There are number of people helping each other with no expectations, why this help should be stopped after this forum. This forum has given a very good platform of networking to numerous persons which should be continued in future also.

Therefore, I request the administrator of this forum to create a new column or new sheet where we can share our email id and FB id and can connect with each other for a long time.

I hope all people would agree with me including seniors.[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

The purpose of the forum is to make the information easily accessible by anyone (including strangers/people who never created an account here), by sharing everyone's emails/details etc will make the whole discussion too personal and will not be easily viewable by all, plus at the same time, understandably people may have privacy concerns, for example: a person who did not receive a PER email might end up emailing his 10 different contacts (emails/facebook etc) from this website 10 different times in the same day because of anxiety. Everyone has families & personal lives beyond CIC and the Canada dreams, so they may not feel comfortable being barged in every day by an individual for a query on their cell phones/emails/facebook etc.....just a thought so i shared

Noble thoughts, but not all would want to share their details at this stage .
The solution is that you can PM anyone whom you want to make friends with outside the forum. If they share their details with you, you can be in touch with them outside the forum. A lot of people have been doing this here.

1- You can do that by re-filling and sending the form which you used to appoint the consultant to handle your case.

2- Can you please reveal the name of the consultant, would save other candidates in future..

Which NOC is this ? Difficult to say anything without NOC details.

Yes I have got a student visa that permits me to stay in the USA for more than a year. In this case do I need to request my VO(i.e. India) or CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca? Thanks!

After PER, theoretically all the communication should be done with VO. Frankly speaking, I have not come across of such type of case. Ashif bahi got some experience in this line as he earlier told to observed this type of case. So, I request you to PM him or if anybody share his knowlede/experience on this type of case.

I just received PER!!!! So so happy! June 23rd applicant. DD cashed on October 14th. PER received October 18th!

I would discourage everyone to do this. Please avoid duplicate applications. Don't try to fool immigration, they can find out easily.

What if one role REALLY DOES fit into two NOC Codes? That is the problem, I don't believe that that is fooling, if it is true?
