Brother Century, two NOC for the SAME ROLE though right? Have you heard this being ok? I think in practice it is realistic, and real, but have heard cic may not like that or understand occupations sufficiently. That would be worst nightmare..I dont know how i got april post actually ;D

It's not impossible for IT NOCs. Also some Financial Manager (0111) could also apply in 1112/1111. There could be some other overlapping NOCs also.

Thans a lot. Can anyone summarize in bullet list form that what documents to be attached with the application in addition to what has been mentioned in the checklist provided on CIC website like:-

1)- ECA report -original - one copy
2)- IELTS result - original- one copy
3)- POLICE Clearance Certificate- Original+Attested from Foreign Office of Country issuing it
4)- Birth Certificate- translated in english+ photocopy of both translated as well as original version attested from foregin office+candian high commision/embassy
5)- Professional Experience Certificate attested from Chamber of commerce and foreign office of the country etc.
Means in order to be sure what documents is required in original and what is required to be attested from foreign office etc. etc.
If someone make a complete list of all the doucments whether original/photocopy, whether attested not attested , which have to be included with the application package, it will be a great help.

hi im aug18 applicant under 1112, keeping high hopes... whats the reckoning of me making it through.

i believe CIO takes 70 days to conduct completeness check.. my application is already 61 days old

My cousin has applied through a lawyer in Canada with an offer job ( from the lawyer side ), and he already had the medical tests. But, he told me that the he did not do any Credential assessment for his degrees nor any IELTS test as his lawyer said"Because you have studied your Master and PhD degrees in the United States, so there is a waiver from the IELTS in your case".

Is that possible, No ECA and No IELTS? My cousin paid a lot for his services till now.

How can we know if his services are real or fake?
Can he oder his UCI number, or do something else?

Appreciate your guidance.

Name this FAKE lawyer. So so sorry to hear, if he qualifies, change consultant or submit himself

It takes between 3 to 4 months.
