That is exceptional. But I am sure they don't work on Weekend's. They might had some glitch yesterday (that when your PER was released) and it would have been unsuccessful and that why may be you received it today.

May be but there are 5 or 6 other members who got PER today on saturday.This shows they are working to clear the backlog.my thinking

I just received PER!!!! So so happy! June 23rd applicant. DD cashed on October 14th. PER received October 18th!

Actually mu concern was whether my consultant shared the correct information with me or not.

He told me that after filing my case to CIC they will go for completeness check. It will take 3-4 months.
so i was rigorously following up with my consultant from last few days.

Yesterday he mailed me that this is your File number & UCI. This information we have received from CIC and after you will pay the agreed final payment we will release the file number and UCI with you. Then i made the payment and they share this information with me.

Now i just want to confirm this is the normal process??

because i have read few posts in this forum which mentioned that people can check their ECAS before PER and they have UCI number since the day they have filed their application..

I am confused.

Those applicants which have applied before for canadian immigration (last year,or else sometime in life) already have UCI and file number but for guys us who are first timers will get UCI in email from CIC . i hope its clear now

So far till date, WES e-mail = PER email as 100% of this problem faced by applicants reported PER. Same is for FSW2013. So relax. Check Binuky - he got PER but delayed by 1 month.

U know what made me ask this question today again because I got messgae from humber2014(on of the forumites) that her freind is still in the waiting after paying fee to WES on 1st October...

WES status is in progress always till date...

So I am feared little...

Click "In process" and u will find actual status of ur app... at this stage it will say "We received ur app on ...... date"

My passport is electronic passport.
There is no signature on mine.

Any further words of advice?

If it is issued that way in your country, it should be fine.
