According to these figures, it takes around 3.5 months to be encashed and around 4 months to get the PER from receiving date, if all things go well

I'm 22nd may applicant (FSW - Arranged employment). I've seen a lot of 22nd may applicant's cc/dd has been charged, however mine hasn't. Do I need to worry ???

Any May 20th Applicant, who's DD from Royal Bank of Canada?? I sent my DD from Royal Bank of Canada, I spoke to bank, they said dd not yet presented. I am bit worried, I see 20th may applicant started receiving PER, mine is still not presented.

Guys,
I notarized the documents, I mean copy of marriage and birht certificates. But I dont remember if notarius certify of the translation or certify that it is the true copy of the document. Worst case scenario is, if they dont mention that it is true copy, CIC will send my docs back?
And if my CC will be charged it means everything is OK?

Please, advice. My point is, Notarius stamp it but i think he didnt put that i certify that this is true COPY. it could cause the rejection?

I am 15th May applicant , PER on 4th Sept
Visa Office - London , Residence - Sharjah , UAE

I would like to get more clarification regarding points specified below .

1, I have not submitted PCC , How long will it take to issue PCC from Indian Embassy .

2, Should we deposit our Passport in Indian Embassy during time of Police clearance procedure. ? if yes how long ?

3, My father Passed away after submitting my application , so when should I inform them about my present status ?

4, Should we update Visa office regarding all the travel done after submission of application ?

5 , Should we expect any email from LONDON Visa office regarding AOR , Processing status etc or should we always check it online ?

1) What is mode of communication (ie from Local VO) for Medical Request ?
2) How the Medical requests are queued up ? by Application date or PER date ?

Hi All

Got mail 3 hours back from CIC.

it states "Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship"

Is it the PER mail??????

File received date 16th May and CC charged on 26th Aug.

Depends on the local Embassy operation mode. Check with them for the timings. New York embassy took like 14-21 days

There is an option to hold your passport with you. But you need to submit them while applying and while collecting in the morning hours and can collect it in the evening.

3, My father Passed away after submitting my application , so when should I inform them about my present status ?

Application is submitted for you as an Individual, unless your father is mentioned as dependant, you neednt update the status. (sorry to hear about it)

4, Should we update Visa office regarding all the travel done after submission of application ?

Do not send additional details unless you are asked for.

5 , Should we expect any email from LONDON Visa office regarding AOR , Processing status etc or should we always check it online ?
