I forgot to sign the Additional Family Information Form, seniors on the forum indicated it should be returned. I just sent the corrected forms separately with a cover letter explaining the problem but I doubt they will add that to my original package so I am thinking of resending the whole application again but then thought what's the point, the cap will be reached by then anyway.

I think you should send a new application now...hope it falls within 1000.

Hello All
I have question to all, especially the senior members and moderators. I had the impression that the applicants on this forum represents roughly 25% of the overall applications submitted to CIC. However, I have been observing that the total PERs issued are far more than the 4 x PERs issued to the applicants of this forum. Alternatively, it is also possible that many of the applicants on the forum have not updated their current status.

Is it correct?

Regards
Ali

if you count the guys in the spreadsheet who have applied till 20th of May you will them 859 out of the CAP filled till now of all NOC's which is 2763 which almsot 31%

however you can still count on the 25% as a worst case scenario

Hi, If you sent the corrected forms and explained properly what needs to be replaced with what in the cover letter, plus identified yourself and your original application with enough details I believe they will add the later content to the first file. No need to be worried in this case! Right now you just have to trust me on this!! :)

Wow ok thanks Oscar!

Hello dear all

2 Simple questions:

1. For those documents which are translated (like birth certificate) do I need to copy and notarize it or I just need to send the original translated document.

2. Do you think it is a good idea to put a notes (piece of paper) on each group of documents to separate them from each other? Or just put all of them on each other and send them?

Thanks a lot for the help.

IMM5669-Schedule A Form Queries:

I have a few questions on my next form IMM 5669-Schedule A:

Q2) Your full name written in your native language (Should I hand write this in my native language, i.e. Urdu after I print this form?
Q7) Education: Class 1 to class 11 (Elementary school), Class 12 and 13 (Secondary/High school) and University (4 years) Is this CORRECT. I did my O'levels and A'levels.
Then in the details, they have also asked for apprenticeship training. DOES THIS MEAN THAT WHATEVER SHORT CERTIFICATE COURSES I DID DURING MY JOB, I NEED TO MENTION HERE? or No?
Q8) Personal History: If I was unemployed for a certain period, then what should I write in "Name of company/facility column"? Should I just write NA?
Q12) Addresses: I have lived in my home country-Pakistan and now I am in Oman.
So, I just have to write these two places here CORRECT?

Kindly advice.
Thanx.
Appreciate your feedback.

Addresses: as much as u can remember :-) and without any gap. Start from ur 18 years of age if crossed 10 years.
History; if unemployed write uncmployed and mention u were looking for job. Give them correct information without gaps.
Hope that answers all ur concerns

IMM5669-Schedule A:

Lastly, below declaration of applicant, it says "DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW"
So, I should just leave it blank and send this FORM to CIC??
