As soon as your divorced papers are ready......speedily inform your local visa office for them to be notified.
Your processing will surely be delayed but I'm optimistic that it won't be denied because you are the principal applicant.
Cheers
.

You know your situation and your husband better. My only suggestion is that if you think it will be difficult to get hold of him after official divorce, please have his signature on all required forms, especially forms where no objection is required to be declared by both parents when one or other is not accompanying. Also have a general affidavit signed by him that states he has no objection whatsoever against you or your 3 kids applying to canada, either now, or in the future. Make this declaration as generic as possible.

Look, If moving to canada means a lot to you at this time, then I suggest please go for professional advice on your canada case. Don't just rely completely on forums to give you all the answers. It might cost a little bit of money, but given your personal situation and the adversity you are going through, and if moving to another country was going to solve some of your pressing problems - then this little spend money is really worth it.

I wish best for your 3 kids and pray Allah give strength to you in your difficult times. All the best !!

Please arrange your documents in the order mentioned in the document checklist. Do not use staples or any such method to combine documents. At maximum may use paper pins clips to keep a group of docs together.

Follow the list as arranged in the document checklist.....
Don't staple or pin any documents together.
Use paper clip for documents like DD....otherwise,leave them unbound.
Arrange them as listed out in the document checklist.
Cheers
