when CIO sends PER email exactly? As many applicants got to see the status as IN PROCESS with their UCI before several days receiving the per email, I am not convinced that CIO is sending per just before sending the files to local vo, rather than immediately finishing the eligibility review.

It is the same FBI process that you were mentioning yesterday, but without the use of approved channelers. You have to get fingerprinting done and then send application to FBI at WV. It will take them about 6 weeks to provide the result. Please read FBI site, and follow step 1 to 5 at the below link! Good luck!

Hi All,
I have been reading the links to get the PCC from USA for an Indian resident but not very clear on the process.
I do not have USA GC/PR and my application without PCC was received by CIC for FSW this morning.

can someone please help me with the process to get PCC from USA?

For the parts in the document checklist where I am required to submit copies (like passport, settlement fund proofs, etc), do I need to submit certified true copies or just a regular copy without any declaration/affirmation?

Thank you All , Forum is doing great Job .
But again as I told earlier.. I was just analyzing the trend
its nothing to give pessimistic feeling .. 7th May trend has
already proved that more than 30% apps are arrived especially for 2174 this day.
how many will pass next level..time will tell us

any advise from people having london as visa office, if you are in uk why are u applying for canada PR , if u stay in uk and work for 5 years you will get uk passport no ?

Not all applicants with London as their VO actually live in the UK...plus I lived in the UK for a year and I'd choose Canada every time...

Simply out: The Brits are overly obsessed with the whole immigration issue and immigrants (note the rise of the right wing UKIP party over there)...whilst Canada is a nation built by immigrants....which is more attractive to people willing to immigrate?

mcc would evaluate the mbbs degree
do they ( immigration process for fsw) also require the non medical degrees like matric and intrmediate assessment as well ( through third party such as WES/ICAS)?

I am not satisfied by answer.
As I said looking at CIC speed, I dont think my DD will make before 30July.
Let me rephrase, What happens when CIC processess an application and found the DD is expired.
