You need to submit ECA in Original

First of all U are still eligible to apply for FSW and my personal suggestion obviously FSW is the fastest from all category.

But right now FSW require min 6 on all 4 modules of IELTS..so get an IELTS with ur required score...

Here is the link from where u may calculate ur required point:

Just want to share about the PCC:

ur PCC submission validity is Three months. So when u want to submit ur PCC u should consider the date is not over three month from the issuing day.

Though PCC validity is One year but submission validity is Three months

You are right Ashif.
since now it is very less time to obtain PCC, here is the plan that I am gonna follow.
Once we submit the application, usually CIO will check within 2 months and give PER and deduct the fees and after that transfer the file to Local VO. once these steps are done, you should immediate apply for PCC so by the time local VO asks for it, you will have it ready along with medical (apply for medical as well once file is transferred to local VO) so that you can immediate submit without worrying about PCC being expired.

Ashif is it really necessary to have spouse name on the passport to get PCC ? I am completely ticked off with this stupid rule? did you face the same situation, I doubt it would be same in bangladesh.

Exactly, I am going to file an RTI, to check if this stupidity is really required. I am sure these Passport office is looting us.
I posted this question in fsw13 thread also, lets wait and see.

You should include.
No you should not include because that UCI number is when you apply again in the same FSWP i.e FSWP 2013.

Nope brother ..Once UCI is generated for any applicant ..it will be reused to all of the application on the later stage....Even if u dont write it down on the form..CIC is goiing to assign same UCI number for FSW14...

I have seen this on several cases... :)

Its not mentioned anywhere that UCI is only for one opening ....

Keep well.. :)
