Hi Seniors Please Comment..
I am 24th October applicant. NOC 4011. I forgot to mention the name of visa office in the generic application form and to write the name on the fee payment form( payment method DD). Will it be the cause of returning my aapplication due to incompleteness?

The name is required to be mentioned in the DD Section in the fee payment form IF the amount is to be deducted from an account held by someone other than the principal applicant.

If this is not so in your case, then you are fine.

Otherwise send an updated FEE Payment form ASAP.

Mine 10th certificate (ICSE IN INDIA) was not having parent/parents name,So i attached one affidavit from parents and one affidavit from my side. I was not having BC also.I received PER mail yesterday.

As per my bank my DD negotiated on 11 July. But No PER..................What could be the reason..........?>

Dear Bhavcaluk,

I have attached detailed statements with company's accounts dept seal and signed by authorized signatory. Also i took the consolidated statement on company's letter head again signed and sealed. Along with this i have taken a letter on the company's letterhead which says that after leaving the company you can withdraw the provident fund.

This will be accepted as POF.Just Relax.

143 days and still waiting

From the SS, I see some applicants who were charged in May-June-July-Aug-Sep are still waiting for PER.. Is it true or just they didn't update the SS? I am from Bangladesh, if my file was to rejected shouldn't I have received it by now?

Bro i am also waiting for PER...21st July applicant. 130 days..... Also as per my consultant if application got rejected it will be received in First week of Dec....

Hope for the best insha allah......We will receive the PER soon.........

I m tired of analysis and prediction...It is better to everyone start mailing to cic and request them to mention the date of last file they have counted in the CAP.....

You should send a revised affidavit ASAP as an additional document to CIC. If you do so, the following are what is likely to happen (either one of the 2):

1 - CIC Does not or fails to add your additional document to the existing package and evaluates your application based on your existing affidavit, in which case whatever has to happen will happen, as is the case for you at this point, therefore, no harm no foul.

2 - CIC Does add your additional document successfully in which case you have a stronger case to present to CIC.

Therefore - send a revised affidavit ASAP as an additional document to CIC.

yes. they will return it back for sure.

CIC will select the appropriate visa office for you. Since you are paying through DD no need to worry. These are small mistakes and will not lead to rejection.Just relax, You will be through.
